Rick Springfield played the role of Noah Drake of ‘General Hospital‘ from 1981 t0 1983 and again from 2005 to 2008 and 2012. In 2013 he made a brief return along with his son Liam Springthorpe for the show’s 50th anniversary during the Nurses Ball. Noah and Robert were friends,their children Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Robin (Kimberly McCullough) were married to each other and they were grandparents to Emma Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer). Tristan is a busy actor airing on both ‘General Hospital’ and ‘The Young and the Restless’ in recurring roles. He plays Robert Scorpio on General Hospital and Colin Atkinson on ‘The Young and the Restless’.

Tristan spoke to Soap Opera Digest and explained that Rick is a long time friend; he also stated that this concert will be a change from Springfield’s usual pace. About the upcoming concert, Rogers said that he will be at the event doing a meet and greet and this is an event he is really looking forward to. He is delighted for this event as it is one of the few that you have a chance to have a one on one conversation with fans. Rogers went on to say that this event is extra special to him and Rick since it benefits the American Cancer Society.
