‘General Hospital’ News: Michael Easton To Appear At Comic-Con With His Graphic Novels

“General Hospital” fans can catch up with Michael Easton (Hamilton Finn) in San Diego this weekend. Comic-Con returns to the sunny city July 21-24, and graphic novelist Easton will be on site July 21 and 22.

If you’re a GH or Easton fan and/or love comics and similar art forms, this event is a no-brainer. How cool would it be if the GH star brought Finn’s infamous reptile to the convention?

In addition to his Soul Stealer and Credence works, Easton has a new novel, Credence: Lose This Skin, on the horizon.

The former The Practice and Ally McBeal star has also ventured into celluloid. Easton teamed up with former co-star Trevor St. John (ex-Victor Lord, OLTL) to make “Ultraviolet.” The short has won multiple awards and fans will be happy to know that the actors paired up again for, “Dreamliner,” also on the horizon.

If you go to Comic-Con, do me a favor: ask Easton when he has time to sleep?! Wait–However he manages to squeeze his portrayal of addicted Dr. Finn into his busy creative days, I don’t need to know, I just want to enjoy! Finn is the actor’s fourth GH role, and maybe his most complex.

Fans have been wondering since day one, just what is the good doctor injecting into himself? Is he injecting a life-saving serum, or is it shadier than that? At this point he has Hayden (Rebecca Budig) running to her mother to score his black-market drugs, and he’s convinced Sonny (Maurice Benard) to do some under-the-table purchasing. GH fans have their doubts that the terse doc is on the up and up though. Could Dr. Finn’s condition make him irrational enough to cross Sonny? Stay tuned GH fans, to find out if the truth will ultimately set Finn free!
