‘General Hospital’ News: Michael Easton Returns – “GH” Reveals New Character Name’s Hamilton Finn

“General Hospital” spoilers include Michael Easton’s new character’s name is Hamilton Finn. Eagle-eyed viewers of the Friday, March 18 episode caught this information in the daytime drama’s closing credits.

Michael’s first airdate is Monday, March 21 but TPTB let a little bit of information leak. There has been much secrecy surrounding Michael’s return and that is why many viewers were surprised and delighted to see “Michael Easton as Hamilton Finn.”

Viewers who noticed this in the closing credits blew up social media almost immediately. Twitter went into frenzy. Then a Twitter account – @DrFinnGH – appeared. The first tweet from the new account was “Welcome #MichaelEaston fans to his #GH character account…#HamiltonFinn. Twitter handle is @DrFinnGH and Hastag is #FINN.

For those that may have missed the blink-of-an eye credit on Friday, March 18 it was posted to the new Twitter account. “ICYMI > #MichaelEaston & #GH fans…meet his NEW character…#HamiltonFinn! #FINN.”

Another tweet from the Hamilton Finn Twitter account reads, “GH WELCOMES MICHAEL EASTON BACK TO THE PARTY! #MichaelEaston #HamiltonFinn #FINN #GH .”

“GH” viewers and Michael Easton fans, get in on the Twitter party all weekend long. Don’t forget to hashtag everything #FINN. You can use #MichaelEaston #HamiltonFinn and #GH too.

Not to be outdone by Twitter, Michael’s new character also has his own Facebook page. One of the many posts on the new Facebook page revealed that not only will Finn show up on Monday, March 21, but get ready because he’ll be there on Tuesday, March 22 and Wednesday March 23 as well.

An entire weekend of social media partying and then three straight days of Michael Easton back on “General Hospital” as Hamilton Finn! Get ready because, according to the new Facebook page, HE’S BACK!
