‘General Hospital’ News: Haley Pullos Starring In New Series ‘Mr. Student Body President’

“General Hospital” Haley Pullos [Molly Lansing] is currently filming “Mr. Student Body President,” one of six series ordered for the new Verizon Go90 app.“Mr. Student Body President” is the working title of the series as reported by Variety. Verizon has ordered 12-episodes of the dark political comedy.

New Form Digital has been tapped to develop and produce the 12-episode dark political comedy about a charming teenage dictator which is called a cross between Ferris Bueller [Ferris Bueller’s Day Off] and Frank Underwood [House of Cards]. “Mr. Student Body President” has been created and directed by Ryan Hunter and Jack Ferry.

Haley posted a few photos and one short video clip to Instagram from the set of the new series. One pic shows Haley Pullos sitting on blue cushioned bench in what appears to be a bathroom as she takes the selfie. The caption is, “6am call #mrstudentbodypresident.” In the other pic Haley appears to be in another bathroom snapping the selfie which she captioned, “out of focus but still cute.”

In the short video clip Haley is silent with a slight smile on her face. The caption is “when you’re filming at an actual school.” In the background over a PA system a man’s voice can be heard saying, “Put your hand over your heart. I please allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.”

Verizon Wireless is beta testing Go90 with approximately five million customers. The programming is aimed at the millennial audience. The service is scheduled to launch later in March and will have a mix of live programming, primetime television shows, web series and original content.

“GH” viewers with the Verizon Wireless Go90 app will be able to see Haley Pullos in this new format. There are no further details regarding but Soap Opera Spy will keep you updated as more details are released.
