‘General Hospital’ News: Anthony Montgomery Injured – Will It Mean Time Off?

‘General Hospital’ actor Anthony Montgomery who plays Dr. Andre Maddox is reportedly injured. According to the actor, he has injured his knee, he took to Twitter sharing “Soooo…guess I earned my Green Belt in Hapkido while having a torn meniscus. X-rays were negative. MRI is coming.” The tweet was accompanied by a picture showing his knee being attended to.

It’s a very sad moment for the daytime actor who is awaiting the MRI. What does this mean for his ‘General Hospital’ character, though? This could only mean one thing – a temporary break from the ABC studios. It could also mean the actor may still be able to do episodes but probably a limited amount. What does this mean for his current storyline? With him having feelings for both Jordan [Vanessa Antoine] and Anna [Finola Hughes], who will he choose?

Andre is bound to learn that his current girlfriend, Jordan, has been keeping secrets about her past. TJ [Tequan Richmond] overheard his mother and uncle Curtis [Donnell Turner] talking where they revealed the truth about his paternity. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease that TJ will confront his mother about Shawn [Ex-Sean Blakemore] being his biological father. Will Andre find out that Jordan withheld the truth from her son for years? Once Andre learns this, will he forgive her or will he run to Anna DeVane?
