‘General Hospital’ News: Carolyn Hennessy In New Movie “The Wedding Do-Over”

Carolyn Hennessy remains one of the finest and most talented actress to have graced daytime. Hennessy outside of her role as Diane Miller on ‘General Hospital’ keeps herself pretty busy. Fans can prepare themselves to see her in the upcoming movie ‘The Wedding Do-Over’.

Currently, Hennessy is said to be shooting scenes for the upcoming film. Hennessy plays the role of a mother, one of two sons. “It’s just a wonderful, very sweet little rom com,” she highlights to Soaps In Depth as she previews her role in the new movie.

One of her sons is a marine and he is scheduled for a wedding do-over because his previous nuptials were quick and not the type of ceremony everyone dreams of. As a marine your duties and responsibilities are many and he had to serve another country hence the reason for the quickie marriage he now wishes to do-over. Stephen Colletti plays the marine son and has teased fans with an image of himself in costume on Instagram.

Things get complicated when it is revealed that the wedding planner for the new ceremony is his brother’s ex. “He’s going to work very closely with her to help with his brother’s wedding do-over,” Hennesy tells SID. She further added that “they talk about their breakup and how she sort of left him at the altar. And one thing leads to another…”

The Wedding Do-Over remains in production stages at the moment. The film will air on the family-friendly Pixl network hopefully by end of year. While we are waiting for the completion of the film and an air date to be set fans can stay tuned to SOS for updates and alerts.
