‘General Hospital’ News: ABC Soap Pre-empted For July 4th, See Schedule Here!

‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease that the ABC soap opera will be pre-empted for July 4th in honor of the national holiday.  According to a report from Soaps.com, there will be a re-run airing during the ‘General Hospital’ timeslot in all time zones on the 4th of July.

There is a tiny silver lining to this, the ‘General Hospital’ episode that will be airing on July 4th is a re-run from May 26 and the Nurses Ball.  So, if you have been missing Tyler Christopher as Nikolas Cassadine, you will get to see an encore of one of his final scenes before Nick Stabile took over.

‘General Hospital‘ is the only soap opera that will be pre-empted on July 4th.  According to Soaps.com, CBS soaps ‘The Young And The Restless,’ ‘The Bold And The Beautiful,‘ and NBC’s ‘Days of Our Lives‘ will all stick to their regularly scheduled programming and will be airing a new episode o the holiday.

‘General Hospital’ will return to its regular schedule on Tuesday July 5th with an all new episode starring the Port Charles gang.  Spread the news!
