EastEnders Spoilers: Christmas Brings Dark Scenes For Lee Carter – How Will Danny-Boy Hatchard Exit?

EastEnders spoilers tease that Christmas cheer will not be alive in the Carter house this year.  EastEnders fans have witnessed Lee Carter’s dark spiral in to depression, coupled with his web of lies over the course of the last few weeks.  Lee’s scenes with his wife Witney are truly heartbreaking to watch as she has struggled to determine what is going on with her husband.

EastEnders spoilers confirmed a while back that Lee Carter will be exiting the BBC soap opera, it’s just a matter of how at this point.  As the days tick down to Hatchard’s final scenes, things seem to be going from bad to worse for Lee Carter.

Hatchard recently dished some EastEnders spoilers to Radio Times and teased, “His depression is going to escalate, and it’s a hard-hitting thing for people to watch.”

The star went on to say that he hopes his final scenes hit home with viewers, there’s an important message that he hopes resonates with fans at home.

Eastenders spoilers indicate that Lee Carter will share some emotional scenes on top of a roof in the near future, and he is contemplating jumping.

Is that how we will say goodbye to Hatchard’s character?  Will he take his own life?  Or could he wind up skipping town or heading to prison?
