Daytime Soaps Pre-emption Schedule For Thanksgiving Holidays

Okay soapfans, it’s that time of the year again and the holidays are just around the corner. For those of you that are wondering about the schedule of your favorite daytime soap operas, we have the pre-emptions surrounding this year’s Thanksgiving break here.

ABC’s “General Hospital” will air a repeat on Thursday, November 24th. It will be the Thanksgiving episode from November 26, 2014 where Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) shared a special moment. Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) confronted Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for forgiveness. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Julian Jerome (William DeVry) make a huge discovery and villains lurked around town. It was a great episode! On Friday, November 25th ABC’s “General Hospital “ will not air due to a national pre-emption.

CBS’s “The Young and the Restless” will not air on Thursday, November 24th or on Friday, November 25th due to sports coverage.

CBS’s “The Bold and the Beautiful” will not air on Thursday, November 24th or Friday, November 25th due to sports coverage as well.

NBC’s “Days of Our Lives” will not air on Thursday, November 24th or on Friday, November 25th.

As we all know each year the soap operas take some time off. Which is great because it gives us fans and the cast members all time to focus on what’s important and that is spending time with our family and friends during the holidays. Don’t worry though the shows will pick back up on their normal daily schedules on Monday, November 28th.
