In the category of lead actresses for the pre-nominees from The Young and the Restless; Christian LeBlanc (Michael) had to deal with his character’s cancer issues, representing several Genoa City citizens in court, pushing his wife Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) to another man, and as usual LeBlanc’s raw emotion has touched many.

Justin Hartley (Adam), Hartley delivered some powerful scenes back to back, from hiding his identity portraying Gabriel Bingham to the reveal of his true identity. His face off with Victor (Eric Braeden) and Billy (Burgess Jenkins) after the reveal that he was indeed Adam Newman had many talking, Hartley showed many why he deserved to play the role of Adam Newman after several fans were disgruntled that Michael Muhney was not returning in the role.
Eric Braeden (Victor), Braeden was involved in so many stories throughout 2015. He was majorly involved in the Adam reveal storyline, he had many face offs with Jack (Peter Bergman), he had to deal with his company being destroyed in a fire; overall Braeden did an awesome job touching the fans emotions. Kristoff St. John (Neil), St. John also did well in 2015 plotting his revenge against Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) plus his drinking issues. And Doug Davidson (Paul), Doug did an excellent job in 2015 being the Chief of Police and dealing with loss of his unborn child ran over by the car Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Neil (Kristoff St. John) were driving.
From General Hospital; Tyler Christopher (Nikolas), Tyler’s character surely changed as he plotted to own ELQ and was successful, Nikolas was also integral in the cover up of Jake Doe’s (Billy Miller) true identity. Maurice Benard (Sonny), Benard portrayed everyone’s favorite mobster, who had many face offs with Julian (William DeVry) and Ava (Maura West), he also had to deal with being shot and becoming temporarily paralyzed. Anthony Geary (Luke), Luke had to deal with the things from the past that he was fearful of facing and Geary brought us to tears delivering those scenes.

From Days Of Our Lives, Billy Flynn (Chad), Flynn had a full year portraying the character of Chad DiMera processing his undying love for Abigail (Kate Mansi), and being framed by the real serial neck-tie killer Ben (Robert Scott Wilson).
From The Bold and the Beautiful, Thorsten Kaye (Ridge), Kaye had an awesome year, his character had to deal with finding out he couldn’t have children anymore and his wife slept with his son and got impregnated by her, throughout these scenes Kaye delivered well.
