‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Wednesday September 28: Orpheus Taunts John After Taking Claire – Marlena Helps Abe – Gabi Connects with Chad, JJ Plans Romance

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Wednesday, September 28, tease that the fugitives will carry out another plot. Clyde (James Read) thinks they need a second hostage to trade for money and supplies. Orpheus (George DelHoyo) agrees with that plan. They’ll be using Joey (James Lastovic) for leverage later on, so it’s a good idea to snatch someone else.

Orpheus also realizes that Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) is the perfect candidate. Several family members will be desperate to get her back, including John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall). “Days” spoilers say Claire will be kidnapped, tied up and stuck in the same room with Joey.

Orpheus will take this opportunity to do a little taunting. He might as well make this fun. Orpheus wants to squeeze every last drop of pain out of this town. Salem’s suffering brings Orpheus great joy. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Claire will be ordered to call John so he can hear her voice. She’ll do as she’s told and Orpheus will take over from there.

Orpheus will pick up the phone and make it clear that Claire is in real danger. If John doesn’t follow instructions, Orpheus intends on making him pay the price. Meanwhile, Marlena will help Abe (James Reynolds) get a better grip on the situation Salem is facing. She did a psychological evaluation on Clyde, so she’ll pass along any information that might be useful.

Elsewhere, DOOL spoilers say JJ (Casey Moss) will find it difficult to let the past go. It sounds like JJ still has a grudge against Chad (Billy Flynn) because of what happened to Abigail (Kate Mansi). Some mistakes were made when the mental facility was chosen, but Abigail’s issues weren’t Chad’s fault.

Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) is ultimately to blame for Abigail’s heartbreaking ordeal. Regardless of how JJ feels, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will urge him to move on. Across town, “Days” spoilers state that Gabi (Camila Banus) will bump into Chad. They’ll take a moment to reflect on the craziness of being locked in that panic room.

Gabi and Chad are certainly growing closer, but JJ has no intention of letting his girlfriend slip away. He’ll try to jumpstart their relationship with a dose of romance. Unfortunately, “Days of Our Lives” rumors hint that more trouble is brewing.
