‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday August 23: Chad Gives Up Thomas – Jennifer’s Downward Spiral – Ciara Worries About Chad, Claire Kisses Theo

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Tuesday, August 23, tease that Chad (Billy Flynn) will make a difficult decision. Andre (Thaao Penghlis) made Chad believe that Abigail (Kate Mansi) is dead and it’s creating plenty of drama. Chad’s hope is gone and that’s putting him in an extremely dark place.

DOOL spoilers say Chad’s depression and regret will lead him to a startling conclusion. He’ll inform Belle (Martha Madison) that he just can’t take care of Thomas at the moment. Chad will suggest that Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) might be right. He’ll think she’s Thomas’ best guardian for now. Chad will feel like he needs to get a grip before he can resume his duties as Thomas’ remaining parent.

Jennifer will go to a cheap motel to chug some booze and pop a few pills. She’s been working hard to beat her painkiller addiction, but losing her daughter is simply too much to bear. She’ll know that Chad must be going through a tough time. Later this week, Ciara will stop by the DiMera mansion and her visit will lead to a stunning confession of love.

Meanwhile, Theo will bond with Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) over music. She’ll sing her new song and Theo will offer his support. They’ll both have a lot on their minds, but just being together will provide some comfort. Claire and Theo will even end up sharing a kiss. “Days” rumors hint that an intense love triangle is brewing. Theo will undoubtedly find himself torn between Claire and Ciara.
