‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, August 29 : Eduardo’s Decision Shocks Gabi – Paul Senses Change in Sonny – Kayla Pushes Joey to Continue Therapy

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Monday, August 29, tease that Eduardo (A Martinez) will call a family meeting. He believes his family is in serious danger and he’s worried about how far this could go. The Hernandez clan has already faced plenty of heartache thanks to Eduardo’s shady past. He’ll conclude that he can’t put their lives in jeopardy any longer.

DOOL spoilers reveal that Eduardo will announce his decision to leave Salem. When Gabi (Camila Banus) gets updates on her father’s plans, she’ll undoubtedly be dismayed. Eduardo walked out on his family years ago, but he’s worked hard to get a second chance. Gabi has enjoyed getting to know her dad and she’ll probably ask him to stick around.

Of course, Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) is responsible for the latest “threat.” The truth will likely come out at some point. Regardless, Eduardo won’t be ditching his family again. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers indicate that Eduardo will actually make progress with Dario. These two will start a new company this fall and it could put them in the middle of an intense corporate feud in Salem.

In the meantime, we’ll see another Salem family tackle their issues. “Days” spoilers say Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will push Joey (James Lastovic) to continue his therapy sessions. She’ll believe that Joey needs to keep opening up. That’s the only way he’ll truly be able to move forward.

Kayla will confess that she’s going to therapy with Steve (Stephen Nichols), too. It sounds like Steve and Kayla could be on the verge of working things out. However, “Days” viewers can expect some huge obstacles to trip them up down the road. Let’s hope they can stay on track.

Elsewhere, Paul (Christopher Sean) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) will have lunch together. They’ll take a moment to really talk about how they’re feeling these days. Both of them have been through a lot over the last year or so. Paul will be somewhat taken aback by the shifts in Sonny’s personality.

Will’s (Guy Wilson) death took a toll on Sonny, but he’s trying to focus on the future. It appears Sonny has become a bit bolder since Will’s passing. He’s certainly willing to play dirty to help Victor (John Aniston).
