‘Days of Our Lives’ POLL: Is DOOL Jade Really Pregnant? VOTE!

Just in time for the holidays on, “Days of our Lives,” wild child Jade (Paige Searcy) dropped a news bomb on her teen boyfriend Joey: “We’re pregnant!” Is it a coincidence that Joey (James Lastovic) had just informed her that he’s kicking her to the curb?

Joey and Jade have endured a turbulent teen relationship that culminated in a crazy trip (in more ways than one) to a commune this summer. What laid back Joey saw in hedonistic Jade is up for debate, but he followed her around like a lovesick puppy for months.

That all ended recently after Joey realized that Jade is too stalker-ish for his liking and that he’s just too young to settle down. Uh-oh, if Jade gets her way Joey is going to be settling down sooner rather than later!

But is the notoriously shady Jade lying to Joey about being in a maternal way? It wouldn’t be a shock, given that Jade’s own parents long ago disowned her for lying, stealing, etc.

Poor Joey didn’t get much support from his parents when he broke the news, but who could blame them?

Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) are planning to renew their wedding vows soon, so their son’s shotgun wedding wasn’t on the radar. Their reactions to his big news were priceless.

When Joey informed them that Jade intends to keep the baby, his dad replied, “Ok. Is it yours?”

Joey then told his folks that his girlfriend is homeless because her parents have kicked her out of the house, to which they replied, “This keeps getting better and better!”

Are Joey’s parents right to be skeptical of the schemer who could be carrying their grandchild? Or is Jade telling the truth for the first time in her life, and if so, will anyone believe her?
