‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: Scott Shilstone Joins ‘DOOL’ Cast As Hope And Bo’s Late Son Zack

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease that Bo [Peter Reckell] and Hope’s [Kristian Alfonso] son, Zack, is coming back as a grown up version. Spoilers indicate that Days has tapped Scott Shilstone for the part and will air in the special Hope Brady episode airing Wednesday June 8.

So, who is Scott Shilstone? – He is an American actor who started acting at age 16. His first professional role was in the film ‘The Brooke Ellison Story’ released in 2004, where he played David. Since then he has appeared in a couple series and films. Shilstone has appeared in Odd Girl Out, Didn’t Do It, Helicopter Mom, Pitch Perfect, Now You See Me, Drumline: A New Beat, Snatched, The Perfunctory Discord and The Client List. He also has roles in American Dresser and AKA Amber which is yet to be released. And now he has landed his first daytime gig as Zack.

The story of how Zack died was a very heartbreaking one that left several Salemites weeping along with the viewers. In 2006 show runners at NBC decided to kill off the character and it was a horrible and tragic vehicular accident that led to Zack’s death. The worst part of all this was that it was Bo’s daughter Chelsea [Ex-Rachel Melvin] who was driving the car.

This visit by Hope sons is promised to leave fans in tears. This special episode will also feature several of the men from Hope’s past. Men like Peter Reckell [Bo], Joseph Mascolo [Stefano DiMera] and Andrew Masset [Larry Welch] will all make an appearance as Hope goes through an emotional time.
