‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: Molly Burnett Joins New Show ‘Relationship Status’ With Ray Wise Of ‘Y&R’

‘Days Of Our Lives’ spoilers recently revealed that Molly Burnett is on her way back to Salem as Melanie Jonas – but the NBC soap isn’t the only thing that the talented actress is working on.  According to a new report from The Hollywood Reporter – Molly Burnett has joined the cast of an all new TV show called ‘Relationship Status,’ and the comedy is receiving a lot of buzz.

‘Relationship Status’ is a digital TV show, and is part of the all new Verizon app ‘go90’ – it comes from digital network StyleHaul, and is produced by James Frey and Milo Ventimiglia.  According to The Hollywood Reporter – the scripted dramedy will follow the lives of 30 people living in New York City, and their complicated relationships, or lack thereof.  Ventimiglia dished to ‘THR,’ that the all new show “has a fluency in digital and delves into what it’s like to connect with people in the modern age of online dating, mobile phones and social networking.”

Molly Burnett is just one member of the huge and talented ‘Relationship Status’ cast.  She will actually be joined by ‘The Young And The Restless’ star Ray Wise (Ian Ward).  Ray recently exited the ‘Y&R’ canvas again and hasn’t been spotted in Genoa City in a while (and may not be ever again), so it will be great to get to see him back to work.  Other members of the ‘Relationship Cast‘ include some big names like, Brant Daugherty (Pretty Little Liars), Brett Davern (Awkward), Karruche Tran (Vanity), Evan Gamble (The Vampire Diaries), Rita Volk (Faking It), and Jes Macallan (Mistresses).
