‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: Joseph Mascolo Returns To ‘DOOL’ As Stefano DiMera

‘Days of Our Lives’ Joseph Mascolo [Stefano DiMera] returns on May 20 according to Soap Opera Digest. Other reports reveal viewers may see Stefano reappear in Chad DiMera’s [Billy Flynn] dreams as soon as Monday, May 16. Next week is definitely the time to tune into ‘DOOL.’

Joseph departed the show due to health reasons, but fans guessed that he would return from time to time. Soap writers often use dreams and spirit appearances as a way to incorporate characters that have been killed off into storylines. ‘Days of Our Lives’ writers are doing just that.

It wouldn’t be May sweeps if Stefano didn’t return. Hopefully this won’t be the last viewer’s see of the iconic actor. Chad could certainly use his father’s guidance as Andre DiMera [Thaao Penghlis] takes the reigns of DiMera Enterprises. And since Thaao just signed a two-year contract with ‘DOOL’ he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
