‘Days of Our Lives’ News: Brandon Beemer Taping More DOOL Episodes – Shawn Back in Salem!

Many “Days of Our Lives” viewers have been bracing for Shawn’s (Brandon Beemer) exit, but it looks like he’ll be staying in Salem longer than we thought. According to Daytime Confidential, DOOL goofed by trying to fire Beemer when he had just begun a new contract cycle. That’s a big no-no. The show would’ve had to pay Beemer for 26 weeks of work regardless of whether they used him or not.

With that in mind, “Days” brought Beemer back on set to tape more episodes. That’s great news for Shawn fans, but what will become of his relationship with Belle (Martha Madison)? “Days of Our Lives” spoilers indicate that they’ll continue to grow closer in the coming weeks. There’s a good chance a full-fledged reunion is in the works.

DOOL rumors hint that they were supposed to ride off into the sunset together, but the fact that Shawn is sticking around could throw off that plan. However, a recent blind item hinted that two fired actors would remain on their soap after all. Could that blind item be referring to Brandon Beemer and Martha Madison?

So far, we haven’t heard anything new about Belle’s status with the show. Nevertheless, we could get some Belle appearances if Shawn is back on canvas. If they’re going to all of this trouble to reunite them, they probably won’t break up their marriage again so quickly.

Of course, it’s possible that Belle won’t be seen during this time frame. Her absence could be explained by a business trip or something of that nature. Still, we can always hold out hope that this couple will share additional airtime. Who knows? If they get involved in a popular storyline and things work out, they might get another contract extension.
