‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: After Eric Takes Ridge’s Sides in War – Rick Spirals Out Of Control

‘The Bold and The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers indicate that when a major war kicks off between Rick Forrester [Jacob Young] and Ridge Forrester [Thorsten Kaye], Eric Forrester [John McCook] will take Ridge’s side and Rick will spiral out of control.

We saw how furious Rick was that Ridge took down Maya Avant’s [Karla Mosley] portrait and put the one of his mom Stephanie back up, but Rick may have made a critical misstep when he told Eric that he won’t come back to the house as long as Maya’s pic isn’t in the place of honor.

Is Rick forgetting that Stephanie was Eric’s wife and deserved to be above the mantel? Maya’s portrait is the interloper, not the other way around. Plus, things will get so much worse when Ridge goes even further and starts tearing up the Forrester mansion with renovations.

Ridge thinks he needs to take his place at the mansion with pregnant Caroline Spencer [Linsey Godfrey] at his side reining over the house. Rick will not like that since Ridge is also running the show at Forrester Creations and now this insult on the home front.

Plus, Ridge may further incite trouble by comparing their baby scenarios and mention that since Caroline is carrying their child herself, it’s better than Maya and Rick having to use a surrogate. This whole thing is setting up to be a major showdown between the brothers.

Rick will tell Maya soon that they are moving out of the family manse. But where will they go? Surely they’re not going to hole up in that seedy motel with the Avants. Perhaps Rick and Maya will move in with his mom Brooke Logan [Katherine Kelly Lang].

Brooke would love that since she’s lonely and has a major case of empty nest syndrome. But no matter where Rick and Maya settle, the war is far from over. Plus, if they move, doesn’t that mean that Nicole Avant [Reign Edwards] also needs to go since she’s carrying their child?

There is a major mess brewing and with Ridge claiming dominance at the Forrester mansion with Eric taking his side, Rick and Maya may think it’s time to make a play at Forrester Creations to take over the business since Rick won’t allow Ridge to control everything.

Will Brooke end up stuck in the middle of this mess since she’s come back to Forrester – while she’s also dealing with Katie Logan’s [Heather Tom] jealous meltdown and impending alcoholism? Look for the family drama to deepen the divides and for old resentments to bubble up.
