‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers: Sharon’s Justified Pity Party – Poor Girl Can’t Catch A Break

“Young and the Restless” spoilers are in; Sharon (Sharon Case) has a full-blown pity party on tomorrow’s episode when talking to Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) and she reveals her true feelings about Nick (Joshua Morrow). Sharon haters claimed that she would use her connection to Nick to try to lure him back into her bed. Sharon explained that she was jealous that he always seems to come out ahead and appears to be the better parent- every, single time.

She is completely right in the way she feels. Many fans have voiced that they are sick of Sharon getting the raw end of the deal time after time. Nick sees Faith more often. Nick has the Newman power in his corner. Nick is expecting a baby when her child died. It seems perfectly natural that she would feel jealous of his good luck. She asked her doctor, “Why not me? Why can’t I have something good in my life, just once?”

“Y&R” fans were on Sharon’s side until she touted that she deserves some good luck, for a change. She has her children: Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Faith (Aly Lind), and Noah (Robert Adamson) – not to mention a wonderful man by her side, Dylan (Steve Burton). Sharon has the woe is me routine down pat, and at some point needs to own up to her mistakes. She always has an excuse to why she behaves wrongly. For example, she switched the paternity test results, because she was having an episode. When has she ever said, “Look, I am sorry? Sometimes I do crazy things, and I am not sure- but I am sorry.”

Writers, please let Sharon be happy. And, give her longer than ten minutes of happiness. Sage has been happy for over a year; it’s Sharon Newman’s turn. Before they turn on the happiness switch for Sharon, she has to be honest with her family. It isn’t fair to allow Dylan to believe he has a child on the way. It is the time you allow them to grieve together. Fans hope it isn’t too late to repair Shylan relationship.
