‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) News: Kate Linder Filming ‘Mother’s Day’ Movie With Jennifer Aniston And Julia Roberts

Our favorite ‘The Young And The Restless’ maid Esther Valentine is headed to the big screen!  Esther Valentine’s portrayer Kate Linder is currently working on the set of her new movie, ‘Mother’s Day,’ which is set to make its worldwide debut in –yep you guessed it May 2016 – right around Mother’s Day.  The cast of Kate Linder’s new movie contains so many big name stars, it will be nearly impossible for it to not be a hit.

Kate Linder recently shared a photo on her Instagram page from the set of ‘Mother’s Day,’ and let her followers know she was having a great time in Atlanta working with Julia Roberts, Garry Marshall, Scott Marshall, Jennifer Anniston, and Jason Suedeikis.  It is unclear what role Kate Linder is playing in the new film, but we can’t wait to see her shine on the big screen!

2015 has actually been a big year for ‘The Young And The Restless’ actress, according to IMDB she actually has six movies in production right now.  Linder has been a permanent fixture on the CBS soap opera since 1973 – here’s too hoping she doesn’t get too many new big name Hollywood movies, and has to take some time off from the CBS soap.  Ironically, a lot of fans have been rallying behind Esther Valentine as of late, and voicing their opinions about the fact that they thought she needed more screen time and some storylines of her own.  Perhaps Kate’s movie line-up will help Y&R writers see that they have an amazing talent on their hands – and should put her to good use!
