‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Week Of Sept 8-11: Neil Determined To Frame Devon, Hilary Clinging to Life, Billy and Victoria Sleep Together

“Young and the Restless” released the weekly promo and boy does it look juicy. Neil (Kristoff St. John) is still hell-bent on framing his innocent son, Devon (Bryton James) for murdering Hilary (Mishael Morgan). She is not only dead but was kidnapped by her ex-husband turned father in law. Billy Abbott (Burgess Jenkins) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) decide to give their relationship another try. They decide to go for broke and even up in bed together.
The short clip noted that Neil continued to try to frame his adopted son, Devon for murdering Hilary. There is only one catch, Hilary is alive, but barely clinging to life. He seemed very upset that she was running out of IV fluids and screamed at her to hold on. Meanwhile, the media believes that Devon murdered his new bride. His family is starting to suspect that he may have a part in her disappearance. Devon believes she is alive and searching for him; he knows she wouldn’t want to be apart.
Billy and Victoria have a long history with each other. They have been together multiple times and have great chemistry. Their families are arch enemies in the business world, and it always affects their marriage. This week, they decide to give their relationship another try (how many tries is it now?). They stop fighting the urge to make love. They are together currently, so what could stop them now?
It will always come down to two things in their relationship. First, Victor (Eric Braeden) will be a big issue for them. He doesn’t like Billy (Or Billy boy as he references him) and is not quiet about his contempt for him. Secondly, when Gabriel (Justin Hartley) is revealed as Adam, Billy will be out for blood. He won’t think of Victoria or his living children’s feelings in mind; he will only think of revenging Delia’s death.
Will Neil decide to do the right thing and tell the police where he is hiding Hilary? Will Devon forgive him when he learns the ugly truth about his father? Can Billy and Victoria make it work in the midst of an Adam Newman reveal? Watch “Young and the Restless” weekdays on CBS to find out.

I am starting to wonder if two story lines are EVER going to take place, 1) The REAL person being charged for hit & run of Dee-Dee Abbott (because we ALL know it was NOT Adam) and of course the BIG Adam reveal! rag mag CDL even did article implying it would take place last week with Nick finding out, knew that was untrue
