‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Tuesday September 1: Victor Blackmails Neil, Dylan Suspicious, Marisa Gets Check, And Sharon To Come Clean

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday September 1, 2015 reveal that Victor has proof that Neil was at Virgin Gorga when Hilary disappeared.  However, in Victor fashion he lies to Nikki and blackmails Neil.  Meanwhile, the walls are closing in on Sharon and it looks like she is about ready to come clean to Dylan.

The Tuesday September 1, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) she is fretting to Victor (Eric Braeden) about Neil (Kristoff St. John) and how he has been doing a lot of revenge talking. Nikki tells Victor she is sure Neil meant nothing he said at Devon’s wedding.

Neil comes into the Athletic Club to see Lily, (Christel Khalil) Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Devon. (Bryton James) Devon tells them what he has been doing to find Hilary on the Island. Paul walks in and says, “Devon you are under arrest.”

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is thinking about Sharon (Sharon Case) telling her she miscarried and how Dylan would not survive if he knew. Noah (Robert Adamson) comes in and interrupts her thoughts. He tells Mariah he feels something is going on with Mom and he knows Mariah has noticed. Noah tells Mariah, “If you know something don’t you think Dylan (Steve Burton) has the right to know.”

Dylan and Sharon come downstairs he has to go to work and Sharon tells him he can take the day. Dylan is surprised because they spent the previous day in bed. Dylan asks her what is going on but Sharon makes a lame excuse. Dylan looks concerned.

Noah thinks Sharon is having a bi-polar episode and not being herself. Mariah argues with him that Sharon is fine. Noah thinks things feel really fragile with Sharon. Mariah says, “Can someone cover for me?” Mariah leaves.

Back at the Athletic Club Paul puts handcuffs on Devon. Everyone is outraged and Lily tells Paul (Doug Davidson) Devon is desperate to help. Paul tells them, “Desperate men make desperate decisions. I need to follow police protocol.” Paul takes Devon out.

Victor tells Nikki Neil’s credit card transactions put him in Canada like he said. Nikki is relieved.

Cane believes Lily thinks Devon is guilty. Lily tells Cane, “I don’t want to, but I swore I would not tell anything.” Lily starts to tell Cane what happened the night of the Bachelor Party but stops. Cane becomes upset.

Dylan and Sharon are making out and Mariah barges in. Mariah apologizes for not knocking she tells Dylan she needs to speak to Sharon. Dylan leaves and Mariah asks Sharon, “Are you determined to go through with this. This is a beautiful dream but that is all it is.”

Mariah tells Noah she could not help overhearing Noah and Mariah talking and she thinks he is right about sharing his concerns with his Mom and Dylan. Noah thinks Dylan will understand about Sharon because Sharon is the woman he fell in love with.

Noah tells Marisa (Sofia Pernas) that Summer (Hunter King) overheard her talking to Sage (Kelly Sullivan) about love. Noah tells Marisa he realizes how bleak his life would be without her and says, “That is why I know I am falling in love with you Marisa.”

Michael (Christian LeBlanc) comes into the GCPD, he is upset Devon is in cuffs. Michael tells Paul that there is no body and Devon would never hurt Hilary. Michael says, “I am asking you to use your discretion.” Paul tells Michael he has 24 hours and then the police from Virgin Gorda are coming to take Devon.

Neil comes to Victor’s office and tell Nikki and Victor that Devon has been arrested. Neil tells them the details of what the police know. Nikki excuses herself. Neil turns around and asks Victor what happened, he knows Victor has the power to make it disappear. Victor tells him, “My PI looked into some issues and has info. He checked out your alibi Neil when Hilary disappeared. Where in Canada did you say you were?”

Marisa and Noah are kissing. Noah tells Marisa she has to just look in her heart and will know what love is. Noah asks Marisa to move in with him. He wants them to get their own place. Noah does not think Marisa looks thrilled.

Lily tells Cane Devon thinks he had sex with a hooker. Lily is frightened Hilary found out and they had a big fight. Cane is upset Lily did not tell him sooner.

Michael tells Devon if a judge does not come through Devon will be taken back to Virgin Gorda. Devon feels frustrated.

Nikki comes into the police station and tells Paul the charges against Devon are absurd. Nikki begs Paul to help then Nikki asks Paul, “You are not punishing Devon because of what his father did to you and Christine?” Paul is offended.

Neil shows Victor pictures of him in Canada at the Rockies. Victor asks him if he went to the Scarlett Lakes and does he know why it is called that. Neil answers and Victor tells him he is wrong and that his PI looked into Neil’s activities the day Devon left for his Honeymooon and he found out that Neil took $9900 out of the bank so the authorities would not track him and went to Virgin Gorga and checked in under an assumed name.

Neil asks Victor if he went to the police and when Victor tells him NO Neil asks what Victor wants. Victor tells him he is a smart man. Neil wants to know how much silence is going to cost him. Victor tells Neil to stay away from Nikki.

Victor says, “You stay away from Nikki unless you want me to show your travel itinerary to the cops and Nikki.” Neil says, “You win, as always.” Neil asks Victor if he wants to know if he hurt Hilary and Victor tells him to close the door on the way out.

Sharon is upset and reminds Mariah that she promised she would keep her secret. Mariah is afraid that Sharon is going to blow up her life. Sharon tries to convince Mariah that Dylan would be shattered if he found out the truth. Mariah tells Sharon that Noah and Dylan have been talking about how moody she has been.

Dylan goes to the bedroom and checks Sharon’s pills and it looks like she has been taking them.

The Judge comes in and tells Paul that he is blocking Devon’s extradition. The Judge tells Michael he will hear arguments in his courtroom in 20 minutes. Paul goes to get Devon and Michael asks the judge, “Who gets the thank-you card on this one judge?”

Sharon asks Mariah to trust her and Dylan comes downstairs. Mariah excuses herself and leaves. Dylan tells Sharon they have to discuss something and he tells her he loves how open and honest they are. Dylan tells Sharon he went through her pill box to check if she was taking her meds.

Marisa tells Noah she is falling in love with him too. But, Marisa does not want him to feel she is trying to erase Courtney from his life. Noah tells Marisa what they have is real.

A deliveryman comes in and says they have a delivery for Marisa Sierras from Newman Enterprises. She signs the paper and opens the envelope there is a check for $500,000. Noah asks what his grandfather is doing writing her a half a million dollar check?

Cane is really upset because Lily kept from him what happened between Devon and the Hooker. Devon comes into The Dive Bar and Lily runs to hug him.

Nikki comes over to Neil and tells him the judge blocked Devon’s extradition to Virgin Gorga. Neil gets mad and asks Nikki, “Why would you think I am relieved since you think I took revenge on my ex-wife?”

Lily has to leave to go take care of a problem and Cane asks Devon what is up with him sleeping with a hooker at his bachelor party. Cane asks Devon if someone told Hilary because someone saw Hilary arguing with a man on top of the cliff. Cane goes on and says, “Was it you?” Devon punches him.

Nikki denies accusing Neil of doing something to Hilary. Neil keeps getting angrier and angrier at Nikki and he tells her not to bother denying it. Neil tells Nikki to go home to her husband. Nikki is shocked.

Marisa informs Noah that Victor has not been pleased about their relationship and he tried to bribe her to leave town. Noah asks Marisa if all she cares about his money and Marisa fights back and says, “Victor offered me the money, I did not accept it, I did not consider it. This is my home now.” Victor walks in and says, “You most certainly did!”

Dylan apologizes for going behind Sharon’s back and explains his imagination has been working overtime. Sharon tells Dylan, “You have not been imagining things, I have BEEN KEEPING SOMETHING FROM YOU!”
