At Fairview, Sharon is shocked by the fact that she doesn’t remember giving birth. Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) says she had to drug Sharon because she was in so much pain. Sharon is grateful for everything and suggests that coming to Fairview was the best thing for her. Dr. Anderson tells Sharon that her baby is the spitting image of his father.
Dr. Anderson calls Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and lets her know that Sharon had her son. The doctor explains that Sharon was wrong about her miscarriage. Mariah comes to see Sharon and meets the baby. Mariah tells Sharon that Dr. Anderson said she didn’t want to see Dylan. Sharon thinks there must be some mistake and Mariah hands her a phone so she can tell Dylan about their new arrival.
Meanwhile, Dylan tracks down Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) and confronts him about treating Hilary. Dr. Neville insists that he isn’t the bad guy in this situation. Dylan says he’ll try to get Paul (Doug Davidson) to give a reduced sentence if Dr. Neville will come clean about who hired him. Dr. Neville agrees to do it on one condition. Dylan calls Paul and tells him to come to Dr. Neville’s hotel room alone.
As Dylan takes the call from Sharon, Dr. Neville injects him and he passes out. Dr. Neville hangs up and Sharon frantically tries to call back. Neil tells Devon that he’ll face his punishment like a man. Neil suggests that his time in prison will give Hilary a chance to learn to love Devon again. Devon isn’t happy about all of this. The only way to get revenge would be to send his father to prison. Devon admits that Neil saved Hilary’s life, but Neil is adamant that he needs to take responsibility for his actions. Neil can’t carry this guilt around. Devon replies that he’d be the one carrying guilt if he let Neil destroy his life.
Victor arrives to see Adam and gives him the news that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) changed his mind. Victor no longer thinks Adam is guilty. Instead, Billy (Burgess Jenkins) is the one Victor has his eye on. Victor says they’ve underestimated Billy, but he doesn’t think he’s smart enough to handle everything on his own. Adam realizes that Victor believes Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) is in cahoots with Billy.
