‘The Young and The Restless’ Spoilers Tuesday December 22: Faith Wants Newman Holiday Party, Nikki Agrees – Victor Becomes Grinch, Demands Everyone Works Until Newman Back On Top

“The Young and the Restless” Tuesday, December 22, spoilers tease a Newman celebration may be underway when Faith Newman [Alyvia Alyn Lind] suggested a big party for the whole Newman clan. At Newman Enterprises, Victor Newman [Eric Braeden] tells his children to be prepared to work every day—throughout Christmas day. Victor cannot rest until Newman is back on top again.

At Crimson Lights, Faith begged Nikki Newman [Melody Thomas Scott] to throw a party for the Newman family. Nikki seemed to like the idea, but she had to run it by grandma Victor. Nikki says, “I have to talk to your grandpa about it. I am sure he’ll agree.” Faith smiled and seemed happy about the Christmas get together. Nikki tells her, “This year is special with Sully here, we’ll have to plan something extra special; you just wait!”

At Newman Towers, Victor called Abby [Melissa Ordway] and Victoria Newman [Amelia Heinle] in his office. He says, “In order to get back on track, we need all of you here from now on!” Abby questions her father, “Today? “Victor replied, “Today. Tomorrow. Until Newman is back on top.” He pointed his finger at them. Clearly, he expects them to forgo any Holiday plans and chain themselves to their desk at work. His daughters looked at each other confused; they didn’t look willing to skip Christmas in order to bring Newman back from financial ruin.

There has been speculation that Victor will ruin his family’s Christmas by being so driven to bring Newman on top. Apparently, he may force Victoria, Adam [Justin Hartley], and Abby to spend every waking moment slaving away to bring the company back to its former power stop. How will Victor react when Nikki mentions her desire to plan a big Newman shindig to celebrate Christmas? Do you think Victor is pushing his children too hard to bring Newman back on top?
