‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Thursday, September 3: Neil Holding Hilary Captive – Victor and Adam Face Off – Chelsea Violates Court Order, Leaves Town

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday September 3, 2015 reveals that there is a big showdown between Adam Newman and Victor Newman each threatening the other.  Meanwhile, Chelsea is afraid Victor will take control of her life and makes a decision to violate the court order and leave town with Connor.  We learn shocking news about Hilary’s disappearance.

The Thursday September 3, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) asking Victor (Eric Braeden) if he really thinks a judge will give him once a week visitation with Connor. Victor tells her he is sure they will and Nikki tells him it is an extreme thing for him to do.

Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) tells Paul (Doug Davidson) she has consulted her lawyer and most times the courts side with parents. Adam (Justin Hartley) asks Paul if they left the country and ignored the court order what would happen and Paul tells them because there is a court order he would have to arrest them.

Sharon (Sharon Case) gives Dylan (Steve Burton) a promise not to go off her meds again.

Devon (Bryton James) and Neil (Kristoff St. John) are at The Dive Bar and Colin (Tristan Rogers) and Jill (Judith Chapman) come in. Jill tells Devon she is there for him. Jill is shocked and finds it hard to believe that Neil has put all his anger behind him and forgiven Devon.

Lily (Christel Khalil) asks Cane (Daniel Goddard) how his black eye is and comments how he cannot blame Devon for hitting him after all Cane accused Devon of being responsible for Hilary’s disappearance.

Cane complains about Lily not telling him the truth about Devon and the hooker and Lily tells him she has to tell him more, someone else knew about Devon and the hooker. Cane guesses that it was Colin and Lily confirms and tells him Colin was blackmailing Devon.

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) talk about their relationship and Kevin suggests they start from the beginning as a couple. Mariah lists Kevin all the couples who cannot keep their relationship going and Kevin tells her forget it.

Cane asks Lily if Colin could have told Hilary (Mishael Morgan) about the hooker and Lily tells him NO.

Neil tells Jill he saw how much in love Devon and Hilary were that is why he forgave them Jill is sceptical. Michael (Christian LeBlanc) comes in.  Michael is heading back to the Islands to fight for Devon.

Devon takes Michael aside and tells him he needs something else from him.

Nikki is surprised at what Victor is doing because Chelsea has never tried to keep Victor out of Connor’s life. Nikki tells Victor that Chelsea is moving to Paris not the moon. Victor gets pissed and says, “Gabriel Bingham wants to ruin my relationship with my grandson and it is not going to happen.” Nikki warns Victor if he pushes Chelsea too hard he might lose Connor forever.

Chelsea is meeting with her lawyer and the lawyer suggest they offer Victor bi-monthly visits and then they go to Paris and Victor will have less pull there. Chelsea agrees.

Chelsea’s lawyer comes to see Victor and tells him he wants to discuss Victor’s visitation with Connor. The lawyer tells Victor what Chelsea proposes and he tells him to, “get the hell out of his office, NOW!” Chelsea’s lawyer leaves.

Chelsea’s lawyer calls Chelsea and Chelsea gets off the phone and tells Adam Victor would not budge. Chelsea tells Adam that Victor is not going to stop until he has control of her son. Chelsea is afraid. Adam tells her to let him handle it.

Neil comes downstairs at the Athletic Club and Nikki wants to know if he got her messages. Nikki wants to apologize. Neil gets angry at her and tells her she killed their friendship the minute she asked Victor to check out his trip to Canada out.

Devon tells Paul he needs someone who can dig up info to prove his innocence. He needs someone who can check out who cancelled their tours and who was talking to Hilary. Michael tells Paul they were thinking of Dylan but Paul tells them he doubts Dylan would say yes.

Dylan thanks Mariah for figuring out Sharon went off her meds. Dylan tells Mariah he is working on getting Sharon to open up to him more. Sharon comes in and Dylan leaves.

Sharon thanks Mariah for not telling Dylan about her miscarriage and she tells Mariah no more lies, Sharon says, “I AM PREGNANT!”

Cane and Lily come in and Jill hugs Cane. Colin walks in and Cane tells Colin he has to talk to him. Cane tells Colin he has blackmail on his mind, blackmail of Devon. Colin tells Cane his blackmail is over the arrangement is done. Cane tells Colin he is a piece of work. Cane tells Colin he will keep his secret for Devon’s sake but he is not letting Colin off the hook.

Nikki continues whining to Neil and apologizing. Nikki wants to fix their relationship but Neil says NO they are not friends, or buddies or anything. Neil gets a call from Gwen and he invites her for dinner.

Adam comes into see Victor and Adam tells him he should have taken the compromises. Adam accuses Victor of being emotionally bankrupt among many other things. Victor tells Adam to stop. Adam tells Victor if they go to a judge they will find one with an ounce of self respect left and Victor won’t see Connor again. Victor loses it and tells Adam, “When I win the case you WON’T see that boy again.” Adam leaves. (GREAT VIDEO OF SCENE BELOW)

Meanwhile Chelsea is packing she calls her Mom so she can bring Connor back.

Michael and Paul talk about his marrying Christine and how Katherine directed him to do it. Paul leaves to work. Kevin asks if Michael believes Paul and Christine’s relationship is going to last because marriages don’t. Michael tells Kevin marriage is better than a lonely miserable life. Michael tells Kevin he can find love again.

Mariah is shocked Sharon is pregnant again and Sharon says they have been “doing it” a lot and she hasn’t confirmed it. Mariah calls it wishful thinking on Sharon’s part. Mariah tells Sharon she is not in to setting herself up for disappointment.

Devon tells Dylan the authorities made it clear he would be arrested if he went to Virgin Gorda. Dylan tells Devon he cannot go to the Island for him. Neil walks in and asks what he was talking to Dylan about. Devon fills him in and Neil asks Devon what is next. Neil tells Devon he should consider he may never get to the bottom of what happened to Hilary.

Nikki is not happy and asks Victor why he told Neil she wanted him to look into Neil’s alibi when Hilary was taken. Victor makes a lame excuse and tells Nikki if Neil does not accept her apology maybe she should concentrate on her family. Nikki gets a brainstorm and says, “You told Neil to stay away from me didn’t you??”

Jill tells Colin about what she did when she was away and how she honoured Katherine. Colin tells Jill she missed him and Jill is not buying it and tells him he could have visited her.

Jill tells Colin her accountant called and a large amount of money was deposited in their account and she wants to know how it got there. Colin tells her he was gambling and won BIG!

Neil says he would go to the Island for Devon in a heartbeat if he thought it would help but Neil thinks it might backfire. Devon agrees the media would have a feeding frenzy. Devon tells Neil just him being there means everything to him.

Sharon comments that Devon must be going out of his mind trying to find Hilary. Dylan tells Sharon that Devon asked him to go the Islands to help him. Sharon realizes Dylan refused because he is afraid she is going to go off her meds.

Adam comes home and Chelsea is packed and she tells Adam she has to get away she cannot let Victor get control of their life. Adam tells her he will get his bag and then he thinks, turns around and says, “You were going to leave without me, weren’t you?”

Mariah walks into GCPD and tells Kevin she thinks they should take the next step in their relationship. They decide to go on a date.

Dylan admits he is afraid to let her and the baby be alone. Sharon does not want Dylan to feel he has to give up what he wants but Dylan tells her this is the life he wants.

Chelsea tells Adam it is just going to be Connor and her. She is nervous if she gets arrested they will fingerprint Adam and find out who he is and she is not willing to risk that. Adam tells her he is going with her and that is it.

Nikki is furious and she accuses Victor of threatening Neil because Victor is jealous. Victor tells her he is embarrassed she is see cavorting with another man. Nikki tells Victor to shut up and she storms out. Victor screams that she should think about it.

Cane offers to go to Virgin Gorda for Devon.

Neil comes into a boathouse… he walks over to an IV stand and says, “hmm everything looks good, and we might have to replace this.”

He looks down, we see a hand with a ring.

The camera pans up and it is Hilary. Neil has Hilary.
