Over the summer ‘The Young And The Restless’ rumors began floating around the internet that Sean Carrigan’s character Stitch has run his course in Genoa City – and the writers no longer felt the need to keep his storylines going. Of course, when ‘The Young And The Restless’ spoilers started rolling in for November Sweeps and we learned there would be another huge catastrophe in Genoa City, we all assumed that would be where Sean Carrigan’s character was going to get killed off. And, the rumors indicating that a major male character would be killed off from ‘Y&R’ during November Sweeps only further fueled the speculation that Stitch was on his way out.

Now that we know that Stitch is not getting killed off, and Sean Carrigan is sticking around – does that mean that another ‘Y&R’ character IS going to get killed off instead of him. Who was the “popular leading male” that was rumored to be on his way out of Genoa City then? Also…Carrigan tweeted that Stitch is “staying in Genoa City for a while.” How long is a while?
