‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Sage’s Downward Spiral – Loses Christian and Nick, Her Standing In Genoa City

“The Young and the Restless” fans cannot help wonder if Sage’s [Kelly Sullivan] meltdowns are due to the loss of a child or could it be a deep or more sinister reason. Of course, it is possible that Sage is just- well unstable? The fans are well aware that the baby is not dead, but Sage thinks he is so her reaction COULD be grief. It could also be she feels trapped by her poor choices and isn’t sure if she can make sense of the life she created for herself.
There’s no doubt that she misses her son, but her cold reaction to Nick [Joshua Morrow] was hard to watch. Her acting was out of control, livid and extremely calculating to all who tried to express sympathy for her. It seems to be a foregone conclusion that she will lose her mind and be a roommate for Sharon Newman [Sharon Case] at Fairview. Wouldn’t that be a hoot?
Another likely scenario is the writers will reveal that Christian’s father is not Nick, but Adam [Justin Hartley]. They could make the revelation by Christian developing Adam’s genetic eye condition. Victor [Eric Braeden] suspects Adam could be Christian’s biological father.
There are so many questions when it comes to Sage. The character is still foreign to the viewers, and they were forced to accept her. It wasn’t very long before they paired her with Nick and elevated them to super couple status. There is only one issue- the fans are not feeling her as a fan favorite or a good match for their beloved Nick Newman.
Another huge writing failure was how accepting Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] was of Sage. Let’s be frank; Nikki has never accepted any of Nick’s wives or lovers- whether they were together for ten years or ten minutes. In her eyes, no one was ever good enough for her boy. So why now, does Nikki accept Sage so openly? It is suspicious and strange to say the least.

Feel sorry for Sharon but Sage too want her to get baby back love Victor & Nickie like them to stay together. Want Adam and Chelsie to stay together want Stitch & Ashley together let Abby run loose and Phyllis with someone else or out. Dillion needs someone that’s going to give him a baby and be honest to him maybe someone new wish Kelly could come back for Jack Kevin and Mariachi together their good Jill needs new man want Cane & Lillie to stay together their good Michael & Lauren like them to stay together want Eden out he’s made a mess every time. Oh well thanks for letting me express my comment thank you young and the restless I love this show been watching every since it came on and will continue.

I never liked Sage with Nick. I too wondered why Nikki was so accepting of her. Very suspicious.
Finally someone else who scratched their head when Nikki accepted Sage. I live the actress but Sage gets on my ladt nerve with those fake smiles and gushing..ughhh…hard to believe none of the snarky genoa city ladies have brought it up. I can generally watch the whole show in 10 minutes lately once i ff through the crap. Victor/Adam/Chelsea reunion…not even believable.
Thank god there is Luca to look at now and then…send Marisa away and kerp him. Would love to see his family finally take down Victor for good!!
Please Let Nick&Sage Stay Together.He Really Need A Good Woman By His Side.I Really Think Nick & Sage Is A Perfect Couple.. So Is Chelsea and Adam…Hilary & Devon Are Wonderful Together.. Stitch and Abby..Ashley Need To Find Her Someone Like Joe Clark.. Dylan Need To Be With That Nice Nurse.. The Newman and Abbot Fuel Need To End Once & For All.. I Think Neil Need Some Help
