“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday June 10, 2015 reveals that although Phyllis suspected that Joe did something to Avery but we find out she is okay.  Avery goes to see Dylan and tells him what happened with Joe she lets him know she has to leave town.  Flack sends a message to the Captain of the ship where Jack is being held and tells him he wants Jack delivered to him alive.

Wednesday’s episode of Y&R opens with Sharon [Sharon Case] stepping between Dylan [Steve Burton] and Joe [Scott Elrod]. Joe tells Dylan his victim is going to thrown him in jail.

Paul [Doug Davidson] tells Phyllis [Gina Tognoni], Summer [Hunter King], Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan] and Flack [Peter Bergman] they found Avery’s [ Jessica Collins] car but she is not where to be seen.

Billy [ Burgess Jenkins] comes to the hospital – Stitch [ Sean Carrigan] called him to tell him to come. Abby[ Melissa Ordway] tells Billy that Ashley[ Eileen Davidson] has a brain aneurysm. The orderly wheels Ashley in she is sitting in a wheel chair.

The tests have confirmed the original diagnosis a congenital brain aneurysm and they need to perform surgery ASAP. Ashley tells them to hold on she did not agree to have the surgery yet.

Victor [Eric Braeden] comes to see Victoria [ Amelia Heinle] she was hoping he was Flack but Victor tells her put things with Flack on hold I think he is going to double cross us. Victoria is confused.

The Captain on the boat unlocks Marisa [Sophia Pernas]. She promises him a great night. They leave to go to his cabin and leave Jack [ Peter Bergman] along.

Jack starts struggling looks down and feels something sticking out of the crate he is sitting on. He works on getting it out.

Victoria asks why Victor is suspicious of Flack and Victor tells Victoria a member of the their accounting firm told him Flack inquired about taking a large sum of money from Newman/Abbot. Victor tells Victoria to say nothing and suggests she talk to Ashley. Victoria tells him she has not heard from Ashley.

Stitch tells Ashley if she does not have the operation there is a 40-50% chance of dying. Billy is shocked and Abby tries to convince Ashley to have the operation. Ashley says she just wants the relevant facts before she makes a decision. Ashley finally agrees to do it. The doctor says they are doing the operation NOW!

Paul tells Summer and Phyllis that Avery’s car started right away but they are searching and have not found her. Flack comes in and tells them Ashley is in the hospital it is an emergency and he has to leave. Paul tells them they have checked all ERs within a 50-mile radius. Phyllis does not believe Avery’s disappearance is an accident. Paul says that the officers that found the car did not report any signs of foul play. Paul tells them he will keep them posted.

Dylan asks Joe what he is afraid of and what is in his room he does not want people to see. Paul calls Dylan he tells them they found Avery’s car at the lake. Joe asks Joe why he does not look surprised.

Flack comes in and is surprised that Ashley is going into surgery. Billy says Ashley is a survivor she survived Breast Cancer. Flack leaves and looks at his phone it is the message that says, “You won do you want him dead or alive.”

Jack is still working on the nail sticking out of the crate he is sitting on. He keeps hurting his hand and getting frustrated he says, “He cannot.” All of a sudden Phyllis shows up and says, “When does my Jack Abbot ever give up. I believe in you Jack you have to come home to me.” She disappears and Jack says he does not know if he can do himself. He continues to work on the nail. He finally gets it out. Marisa shows up she tells him she left the captain drunk.

Marisa tells them there is a guard and guards on every deck and they are at sea. Marisa tells him the Captain is texting to someone at the same area code as Jack lives. Jack is convinced someone is trying to save him and wants to find a way to tell the person where he is.

Victor and Victoria show up at the hospital, Abby is glad they are there. Everyone tells Ashley all is going to be okay, no negative thoughts. Stitch is going to be in the ER with Ashley cheering her on. They take Ashley to the ER. Victoria tells Abby she is brave and she is glad Stitch is there for her.

Abby is surprised Victoria is being so nice. Victoria tells her from the beginning Stitch and her knew it was not going to last. Billy is listening.

Paul tells Kyle, Summer and Phyllis to go home again. Kyle and Summer leave and Phyllis tells Paul she cannot believe he is doing nothing and not asking Joe what he did to Avery. Joe shows up and Phyllis goes at him. Everyone starts fighting and Paul tells them to take it down a notch. Paul asks Joe to come in his office to talk. He tells Dylan to leave or he will arrest him.

Joe wants to know all that happened between Joe and Avery from the points Avery found out Joe was lying to her for weeks.

Billy thanks Victoria for being at the hospital and he tells her he heard her talk to Abby about how when she was with Stitch there was always someone in the background. He wants to talk about it but Victoria tells him to wait till Ashley is out of surgery.

Flack asks Victor if he found out where Jack is. Victor says, “I assure you I will.” Victor leaves and Jack looks at his message again that says, “You win, Marco is yours. Do you want your prize dead or alive?”

Jack tells Marisa they have to create a diversion. He has steal wool and he has Marisa looking for a battery. Marisa finds something she gives it to Jack. They hear the Captain calling for Marisa, she leaves. The captain is not happy she left his bed to come back to Marco (Jack) She says she came to say goodbye for the last time.

The captain tells Marisa he just got an e-mail from the winner of the auction (Flack) it says, “Deliver him alive I want to kill him myself!”

Joe tells Paul that yes Avery was upset but they finally agree he would move out. He tells Paul when he left they said their goodbye and he left. Paul thanks him for his cooperation. He tells Phyllis he has no reason to hold Joe.

Dylan gets back to Crimson Lights; Sharon asks him how it went. Sharon tells him she is sorry, they hug. Dylan looks up and Avery is looking in the window.

Dylan tells Sharon he needs to close up. Sharon offers to help but Dylan tells her to go home. Meanwhile, Avery is still peeking in the window as Sharon kisses Dylan.

Sharon leaves and Dylan goes to the door and opens it Avery is there and they embrace she tells him she is okay. Dylan tells her he was afraid he lost her and Avery says, “You did not lose me.” Sharon walks in and sees them.

Dylan tells Avery he is glad she is there that everyone has been freaking out. Avery says she had to get away and her car broke down. Avery tells Dylan she fought with Joe and it was not pretty and she threw him out. Avery says she was worried Joe threatened her and she was afraid she would be arrested.

Stitch comes out and tells everyone Ashley is in recovery and the doctors believe she is going to be okay.

Meanwhile Jack has a fire going. Marisa is telling the captain he is not honorable sending Marco (Jack) to a killer. The Captain goes into the room where Jack is and it is on fire with lots of smoke.

At the Police Station Paul is having Joe followed. He tells the officer he wants to know every move Joe makes.
Phyllis is ripping a strip off Joe accusing him of knowing where Avery is. Sharon walks in and tells Phyllis to back off Joe is not lying Avery is okay and with Dylan at the coffee house.

Avery tells Dylan that Joe is dangerous she reminds him Joe paid people to beat him up. Dylan removed her shawl and sees a bruise. He asks, “Did Joe do that?” Avery says, “It is not the first time. When we were married it was only one time. I was ashamed. I never think of it, I blocked it from my head. BUT, after last night there is no telling what Joe will do.” Dylan vows to keep her safe. Avery tells him Joe is clever and he knows how not to get caught and he cannot help her. Avery feels the only person who can help her is her. She is there to say goodbye to Dylan because she needs to say goodbye.

Abby says Ashley looks really pretty. Stitch tells her Ashley is going to make a full recovery as far as the doctors can tell.

Kyle is amazed how fast everything happened. Flack tells Kyle and Billy when Ashley wakes up he has just the gift to make her happy. Flack says, “I have a plan for the company. Gentlemen it is time to overthrow the king to get Victor out of the picture to take this company entirely for ourselves.” Billy says, “It is about damn time!” They all shake!

Victoria sees them shaking and asks Sharon what is up with the three. Summer says they are celebrating Ashley’s recover and Victoria says, “You think?”

Victoria goes to see Victor and Victor says to her, “Still think I am wrong?” Victoria says, “I am beginning to wonder seeing Jack with Billy and Kyle. I get the impression they are up to something.” Victor tells her to trust her instincts.

Where Jack is being held is completely engulfed in flames. The Captain is yelling for help. It is so smoky he does not see Jack come behind him and whack him in the head.

Marisa comes in and screams, “You set the hold on fire?” Jack says, “WE don’t have much time to get the hell off this boat, GO!”

They leave and then the boat blows up!
