‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers July 8: Avery Gets A Gun, Joe Sues Paul and Dylan, Sharon Brings Faith To See Victor

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday July 8, 2015 reveal that Avery is determined to make Joe pay for raping her.  Avery is sure the GCPD is not going to do anything so she takes matters into her own hands and steals Dylan’s gun.  Nick reports for work and Gabriel is not happy.  Meanwhile, Abby mistakes a client for one of her employees.

The Thursday July 8, 2015 episode of Y&R opens with Sharon [Sharon Case] is in the park with Nick [Joshua Morrow] and Faith [Aly Lind] – Nick tells her he is going to work at Newman Jabot she asks him why he isn’t going to The Underground and he says, “I believe in my Dad and Gabriel [Justin Hartley] now has his job.”

Victoria [Amelia Heinle]is visiting Victor [Eric Braeden] in prison and tells him, “Gabriel has my job”

Gabriel is on the phone and he says, “I am the right person for this job.”

Avery [Jessica Collins] is talking to Christine [Laura Lee Bell] in the park she says, “What are you going to do about Joe [Scott Elrod]is he going to go to jail or isn’t he.” Christine responds, “I am going to try my best but I cannot guarantee anything.”

Joe shows up at the Genoa City Police Department with his lawyer and Dylan [Steve Burton] who is with Paul [Doug Davidson] says, “You wanna come with me, do it. You will never hurt Avery again!” Joe says, “I am going to make a lawsuit against Paul and after I am finished with Paul I am going after you Dylan. I am going to sue you.”

Victoria says to Victor, “Abby has a new job from her cousin Gabriel. If you give Gabriel an inch he will hang himself.”

Abby and Chelsea are speaking Victoria comes over and says, “I am here to help together we can build this company up. “ Nick is there and Victoria says, “You play along with Gabriel and then when he screws up you can take over.”

Nick leaves and goes into Gabriel’s office and Gabriel tells him to go find a job and Nick says, “I already have a job I am reporting to work at the company that has my name on the door.” Gabriel says, “We have enough people at Newman Jabot.” Abby pipes in and says, “I am CEO you can stay.” Nick says, “I am starting work now.” Gabriel is not pleased.

Paul is speaking to Christine and she says, “We have to put more people on the Avery’s case. I believe Avery.” Paul does not believe what Avery is saying.

Faith asks Sharon if her grandfather, Victor shot Jack [Peter Bergman]and Sharon tells Faith Victor did shoot Jack. Faith wants to go see Victor. Sharon is not sure if that is a good idea.

Gabriel is speaking to Abby [Melissa Ordway] and Chelsea [Melissa Claire Egan] and he tells them they have to work together and they leave to talk there is a man is standing behind Abby and she says, “Go and get me a lemon from the bar and wash it.” Chelsea says, “Shhhhh she tries to shut Abby up because the man is someone who could give them a big contract. He is a client. The man says, “What is this a bunch of kids playing a game?” Abby says, “No I am the CEO and Chelsea is my partner and we are working together.” The man is not pleased and does not want to cooperate. Abby realizes her mistake and her and Chelsea flirt with the man to calm him down.

Avery and Dylan are at Crimson Lights speaking and he says, “If Joe did it he will be convicted.” Dylan leaves to get someone and Avery goes behind the cash and steals Dylan’s gun.

Sharon goes to jail to see Victor and she brings Faith to see him. Victor says, “I thought Nick would bring her but thank you I will never forget this.”

Dylan tells Avery that Joe has been speaking to a lawyer and he is going to sue him and Paul. Avery tells Dylan that Joe cannot do that.

Christine tells Paul that she has been speaking to Avery and Avery is pretty sure about what happened. She tells Paul that when she was raped it was hard to make people believe her so she understands Avery and believes her. Paul says, “I don’t believe Joe raped Avery.”

Victor and Faith are talking and he says, “remember you are a Newman and always will be.” Meanwhile, Sharon thinks Victor knows Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] is in the hospital and mentions it. She is surprised to find out he did not know but he knows now.

Paul and Christine are talking and Paul tells her, “You have to look at every angle. Why did he leave her in the park and then come back and rape her?” Christine is not convinced and tells Paul she is sure Joe raped Avery.

Avery comes to GCPD and tells Paul that Joe is getting away with rape. She tells them they should not worry about her they should worry about Joe.

That is it “The Young and the Restless” fans!  Avery has stolen Dylan’s gun do you think she intends to use it one Joe? Now that Victor knows Nikki is in the hospital what will he do to get out of jail.  Will Christine and Paul fight because they don’t agree on Joe’s guilt?
