“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, November 20, tease that Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will have a tense run-in with Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight). Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Gwen (Nadine Nicole) will call it quits, but she’ll let him know he’ll be sorry. Dylan (Steve Burton) will also break the news to Sharon (Sharon Case) about Christian’s death. Fortunately, it looks like Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) will begin to heal.
At the athletic club, Devon (Bryton James) suggests that Gwen is jealous of Hilary. Gwen admits that it feels like Neil is slipping away. Meanwhile, Hilary shares a kiss with Neil. Later, Gwen and Neil bicker about everything that’s been going on with Hilary. Neil insists that Hilary helped them out, but Gwen is offended. Gwen implies that Neil is forgetting about all the work she put into this.

Dylan speaks with Sharon on a video chat. Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) watches off to the side. Dylan tells Sharon that Nick and Sage lost their baby. Sharon is distraught and Dr. Anderson tells her to watch her breathing. Dylan can sense that someone is in the room with Sharon and he asks her about it. Dr. Anderson shakes her head no and Sharon conveys that she’s alone.
Later Dr. Anderson talks to Sharon about her baby and Sharon is still upset that Nick and Sage lost their baby. Sharon goes to look at herself in the mirror and sees a large baby bump as Dr. Anderson prepares to give Sharon another shot.
Nick tries to reconnect with Sage through a counseling session. Sage eventually comes around. They finally embrace as the tension lifts. Dr. Anderson sees them afterward and gloats about Sharon’s happiness. Sage walks away with a broken heart. In Hilary’s suite, Dr. Neville shows up and refuses to leave. Dr. Neville ends up giving Hilary more drugs.
After Dylan’s video chat with Sharon his computer tracker comes on and shows him that someone has taken medication and they track it to Hilary’s room at the Athletic Club. When Dylan and Devon get there Hilary is gone. A short time later, Hilary finds Dylan, says she say him and says Dr. Neville is probably long gone by now.
Back with Neil and Gwen, he lets her know it’s over. Gwen hints that Neil will regret walking out on her. Neil meets up with Devon and they start talking about Dr. Neville. Devon gets suspicious that Neil actually knows this doc and he wants to know what’s up. Gwen steps in and asks Neil if she should explain. “The Young and the Restless” viewers will be anxious to see how much Gwen spills.
At Fairview, Sharon wakes up from a nap and looks in the mirror. Sharon panics, she does not feel the baby moving anymore then she realizes there’s no baby. Of course, Dr. Anderson will undoubtedly quiet Sharon’s fears. Y&R rumors indicate that Dr. Anderson will present Sharon with her bundle of joy soon. How long will it take Sharon to realize her child actually belongs to Sage and Nick? Stick with the CBS soap for updates on Sharon’s emotional roller coaster.
