‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Friday August 28: Sharon Trying To Get Pregnant, Chelsea Trapped Working For Newman, Marisa & Sage Conspire

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday August 28, 2015 reveals that Chelsea and Adam arrive in town for the meeting with the Abbott Family and the Newman Family to decided which company Chelsea’s fashion Line will go with.  The outcome leads to a surprising conclusion.  Meanwhile, Sharon fills Mariah in on her plan to get pregnant again.

The Friday August 28, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens at The Dive Bar with Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) talking about Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) line and the battle for it. Chelsea hopes Abby will be on the right side.

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) thinks Victor (Eric Braeden) is very optimistic about the meeting – Victoria thinks Jabot has a good claim because they started Chelsea Lawson by Jabot.

Billy (Burgess Jenkins) sees Connor and Chelsea at Crimson Lights and is pleased she showed up for the meeting. Billy asks her if she is serious making a life with Gabriel. (Justin Hartley) Chelsea agrees she is.

Jack (Peter Bergman) tells Adam (Justin Hartley) he thinks that Adam coming back is a mistake. Adam tells Jack he is back to make sure Victor does not win again. Jack tells him as Gabriel Bingham he has not power. Jack tells Adam he is building a big head of steam to bring Victor down and Jack feels it is a mistake and Adam should head back to Paris ASAP.

Sage (Kelly Sullivan) & Nick (Joshua Morrow) come into The Underground and the Scooby Doo gangs are surprised to see them. Nick is going to the meeting and Sage is going to stay at The Underground.

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) comes to see Sharon (Sharon Case) and tells her she has to tell Dylan, (Steve Burton) Dylan will be able to help her. Mariah tells Sharon she has to be honest with Dylan and Dylan walks downstairs and asks, “Honest about what?”

Ashley tells Abby she just wants Abby to do the right thing and Victor just wants to stick it to the Abbotts. Stitch tells them maybe they should agree to disagree. Abby is pissed and tells Ashley she cannot guilt her to doing what she wants. Abby leaves. Stitch (Sean Carrigan) accuses Ashley of trying to manipulate Abby and he does not think she should try to use her daughter.

Victoria tells Victor that the Abbotts might have a trick up their sleeves. Victor smiles and says, “Bring it on.” Nick comes in and tells Victor and Victoria he thinks they should give Chelsea’s line back to Jabot. Nick tells Victor he knows Connor is behind why Victor wants to keep Chelsea’s fashion line.

Billy tells Chelsea there is something off about Gabriel Bingham and he asks her if she really wants to make a life with Gabe. Chelsea agrees she does.

Adam tells Jack it would be a rush to bring Victor down but he is here to protect Chelsea’s business. Jack is skeptical. Adam tells Jack there is no way he is letting Chelsea walk into the meeting alone.

Dylan asks Sharon what she is keeping from him. Mariah says she is going to go and let Sharon talk to Dylan but Sharon just makes an excuse and says she is tired and did not want to tell him. Dylan tells Sharon, “Whatever you and the baby needs you got it.” Mariah watches worried.

Marisa (Sofia Pernas) brings Sage and orange juice and Sage mentions how good Nick is too her and Marisa say, “What a different marriage this is not like the one to the NOT so dead Adam Newman.” Sage is upset and asks if Marisa is holding it over her head.

Victor tells Nick that is motives are always driven by the love for his children and grandchildren. Nick is concerned because he feels Victor is grooming the next generation of Newman moguls. Victor gets mad and asks he should turn his back on his children and grandchildren. Victor gets a phone call everyone has arrived.

The Abbots walk in Billy says he feels like they are at the OK Corral. Chelsea and Gabriel walk in and Victor says, “Who the hell asked you to come here.”

Sharon tells Dylan that although she has been sick she does not want to take time off work. Sharon starts babbling about how he soon won’t get much sleep and then tells them he has to leave. Mariah tells Sharon she is really worried about her. Sharon tells Mariah she has a plan she is getting pregnant again and Dylan won’t know she lost the baby.

Marisa swears she is not holding Adam over her head and she is glad Sage ended up with Nick. Noah walks over and tells them that he and Summer have to leave. Noah kisses Marisa goodbye. Sage tells Marisa Noah looks like he loves her.

Victor asks Adam what he is doing there and Adam tells Victor if he leaves Chelsea leaves. Victor starts complaining and Adam starts making snide comments and Nick tells him it is enough. Victoria asks Adam to leave and Chelsea tells them she wants Adam to stay. Adam tells everyone Chelsea feels loyalty to Jabot. Victor tells Chelsea that she is in the small league with Jabot with Newman she is in the big League. Chelsea tells Victor she has decided to stay with Jabot and it is her final decision. Victor tells her, “I am afraid it is NOT!”

Chelsea fights that it is her brand and she gets to decide. Billy says there is nothing in the agreement that gives him the rights. Victoria gives them the original merger contract and they find out that the decision where Chelsea is going is by blind bids. There will be two papers with no names and bids on them and Chelsea won’t know what bid if from what company.

Stitch walks into Crimson Lights and they talk and Dylan tells Stitch that he still thinks something is off with Sharon. Stitch tells him to keep his eye on her.

Mariah is trying to convince Sharon that what she is doing is a mistake. Sharon tells Mariah she knows she won’t tell her secret.

Adam and Chelsea are looking at the contracts and they cannot figure out which company made what bid. Adam tells her he thinks if anyone can figure out what Victor did it is him. The Newman and Abbotts are waiting while Chelsea decides.

Nick gets a text from Summer she wants to meet at the club.

Jack tells Victor that he has some nerve trying to make him agree to a contract his imposter signed. Jack warns Victor he is pushing Chelsea too far.

Chelsea comes out and says, “I have picked the winning bid.”

Mariah tells her the truth always comes out but Sharon tells Mariah the truth will destroy Dylan’s life. Sharon tells Mariah Dylan said if they lost the baby he could not live with it.” Sharon begs her to keep the secret.

Summer and Noah have rented space at the Dive bar they are preparing something for Sage and Nick.
Sage tells Marisa she should have been honest with Nick from the start. Marisa tells her sometimes it is better to keep a secret. They both agree keeping Adam a secret is a good idea.

Victoria picks up the bid and it is the Newman bid that Chelsea chose. Billy is upset and walks out. The rest of the Newmans follow. Jack tells Victor it is not over. Victor asks if they should break out the champagne. Victor asks everyone to leave he wants to talk to Chelsea along. Adam tells Victor he is not leaving. Victor says, “Welcome to Newman Enterprises!”

Sharon comes into Crimson Lights and she locks the door when she sees there are no customers. She kisses Dylan it looks like she has baby making on her mind. Dylan looks worried.

Nick and Sage walk into The Dive Bar and they hear surprise and Summer tells them it is a surprise wedding.

Meanwhile, Jack and Ashley are having a drink at The Athletic Club and he tells her it is a setback but he feels they can deal with it in court. Ashley asks Jack if he thinks she is too rigid too stuck in her ways. Jack tells her she has integrity, good judgment just like Dad and says, “That has helped him make a major decision. I want you to be CO-CEO of Jabot!”

Adam tells Victor he is not going to get away with it. Victor tells him he already has and she chose the highest bid. Chelsea tells him that is not why she took the bid and Victor laughs and says, “Let me guess why you took it you listed to Gabe he thought he knew me. Maybe he knows me far less than he thinks he does.” Adam responds, “You have no idea!”

Victor ask, “WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN???” Chelsea turns to Adam and says, “It means nothing, STOP! I will just start my own line in Paris.” Victor tells her, “It AIN’T going to happen you signed a non compete clause. I own Chelsea Lawson!”
