‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday December 24: Adam Holds Sully, Gets Suspicious – Chelsea Wants Another Baby with Adam – Traci Returns for Christmas

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, December 24, tease that it’s time to celebrate Christmas in Genoa City. At the Newman party, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) says hello to her guests while she stews about Victor (Eric Braeden). She tells everyone that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage (Kelly Sullivan) have been snowed in. Dylan (Steve Burton) finds Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and hints that they should try to give Nikki the present she’s hoping for.

In Victor’s office, Billy (Burgess Jenkins) insists that Victor is a hypocrite and doesn’t deserve to be a father. Of course, Billy isn’t sure he deserves that title either. Victor implies that Billy had better back off if he knows what’s good for him.

Later, Adam (Justin Hartley) and Victoria try to persuade Victor to join the Christmas bash. Victoria gets updates on Billy’s appearance and leaves. Adam tries to tug at Victor’s heartstrings by emphasizing the importance of family. Victor snaps that Sage had Adam’s baby and suggests that he can’t even look Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) in the eye.

At Jabot, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) sip their drinks. They hear a noise and joke about it being a reindeer or an elf. Suddenly, Traci (Beth Maitland) bursts in and hugs Ashley. Traci encourages Ashley to come celebrate Christmas, but she insists on staying at the lab to work.

At the athletic club, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) glances at her ring. She remembers Devon (Bryton James) declaring that it’s an eternity band because he’ll love her forever. Hilary finds Devon and tries to give the ring back. She thinks he should take the wedding band, too. Devon refuses and insists he won’t ever do that.

Hilary asks why Devon isn’t with Lily (Christel Khalil) and he replies that she needs time with Cane (Daniel Goddard). Hilary is saddened by how Neil (Kristoff St. John) pushed her away. Devon comforts Hilary and wants to be her friend.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Traci will try to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Traci catches up with Stitch (Sean Carrigan) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) at the athletic club. She wants Abby to scrap her Newman party plans and help her gather up the Abbotts instead. Stitch and Abby head off to retrieve Ashley. They arrive at Jabot wearing Santa hats and beards. Abby says Ashley doesn’t want to be like Victor. Ashley says she’ll get her stuff and offers a toast to Dr. Neville.

Traci finds Billy at the bar and scolds him. He needs to stop all the drinking and gambling. Billy is still upset about letting his family down. Traci replies that she had a mission for him, but she thinks he needs to focus on something else. At Victoria’s place, she finds that some presents have mysteriously appeared and wonders where they came from. Billy steps out and vows to do whatever it takes to win Victoria back. Billy feels they’re meant to be together. Victoria wants Billy to stick around and talk.

At Cane and Lily’s house, Lily admits to Neil that she thinks her marriage is over. Neil sends the kids to find some Christmas decorations. Later, Cane and Lily end up under the mistletoe. Lily asks how it got there and Neil says it was magic. When the twins demand a kiss, Cane and Lily agree. Neil gives a Christmas toast to family.

Back at the Newman party, Adam holds Sully and looks at him strangely. Sharon (Sharon Case) asks if Adam is thinking about the time be missed out on with his son. Adam is caught off guard, but Sharon explains she was talking about Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois) as a baby.

Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) shows up in Victor’s office and wants him to come to the party. Victor says he’s working so that the company can be hers someday. Faith likes the idea of sitting in Victor’s chair, but she’s not sure she wants to miss out on parties and time with the family. Upstairs, everyone starts to wonder where Faith went. Victor brings Faith in and says she’s right here. Nikki is thrilled by the news that Victor changed his mind.

Chelsea tells Adam that she saw how he looked at Sully and suggests they have another baby. Victor gives Adam a knowing glance. Victor proposes a toast to family and adds that he’s glad to have Noah (Robert Adamson) back on board at Newman Enterprises.

At the cabin, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) are surprised when Traci arrives with some guests. Stitch, Abby, Ashley, Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) and Summer (Hunter King) all show up to celebrate Christmas. Once again, there’s a toast to family. Y&R rumors hint that some bonds will strengthen in the coming weeks. Stick with the CBS soap to see which Genoa City residents will grow closer.
