“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, November 16, tease that a shocking piece of information could secure Adam’s (Justin Hartley) freedom, but it may prove costly for others. Jack (Peter Bergman) will dig around to see what Victor (Eric Braeden) is up to while Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) discovers the truth. Elsewhere, Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will urge Stitch (Sean Carrigan) to let go of his feelings for her.
At the hospital, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam discuss the judge who’s over his appeal. Billy (Burgess Jenkins) arrives to thank Adam for helping Ashley and Abby (Melissa Ordway) in the fire. However, Billy is quick to point out that he still wants Adam in prison.
Chelsea expresses concern about how strict the judge is, but Adam doesn’t seem worried. Chelsea figures out that Adam made a deal with Victor and she knows it could mean bad news. Adam insists that he had to do it. This is Adam’s last chance to stay with his family.

Judge Elise Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) shows up to see Adam and indicates that there’s really nothing in this case to warrant a sentence reduction. Adam wonders why Moxley is there if she’s already made up her mind. Judge Moxley says that Victor will ruin her life if she doesn’t make this go the way he wants.
In Stitch’s room, Abby hears him call out Ashley’s name in his sleep. Abby wakes Stitch up and hints that he must have been having a nightmare about the fire. Abby suggests that everything is OK and Stitch can forget about the ordeal. Just outside, Ashley makes wedding plans for Stitch and Ashley over the phone. When she’s done, Ashley joins them and learns about Stitch’s nightmare. Ashley confesses she can’t get what happened off her mind either.
They talk about the wedding until Abby has to rush off. Once they’re alone, Stitch pushes Ashley to admit she still has feelings for him. Ashley denies it and implies he should just be content with Abby. Stitch doesn’t want Ashley to run from this, but she thinks it will just cause heartbreak. Stitch wants to come clean to Abby, but Ashley says no way. They should all just try to be happy. Ashley glares at Stitch and tells him not to screw this up.
At Jabot, Jack and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) chat about the judge on Adam’s case. Jack wants to find out what Victor might have on Judge Moxley. Phyllis learns Jack set up a meeting with the judge’s husband, Senator Moxley (Jack Armstrong). Jack doesn’t like the idea of Adam owing Victor. Billy arrives later and has a chat with Phyllis. They discuss Victor’s control over Judge Moxley. Billy wants to bring Victor down, but he doesn’t want to lose Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Phyllis is definitely on board with making Victor pay. They shake on it and declare that they’re in this together.
At the athletic club, Victor sits down with Senator Moxley. Moments later, Jack comes to their table. Senator Moxley tells them both that it’s not his place to interfere in his wife’s cases. Victor walks over to Nikki and dishes the dirt he has on Judge Moxley. Victor’s sources say Judge Moxley had an affair. Back with Senator Moxley, he tells Jack that Victor doesn’t have anything on his wife.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say everyone will gather at Victoria’s house for Katie’s birthday party. Chelsea informs Victor that she got updates on the deal he made with Adam. Victoria pressures Victor to accept the Abbotts’ offer to provide office space at Jabot and Victor agrees to take them up on it.
Meanwhile, Adam tells Judge Moxley he doesn’t know what Victor might have on her. Nikki arrives and announces that she knows what it is. Nikki admits that Victor told her about the affair. Judge Moxley asks if Nikki knows the affair was with Victor. Y&R rumors hint that this stunning revelation will lead to some big drama. Stick with the CBS soap to see what’s in store.
