‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers for Friday, November 13, tease that Adam (Justin Hartley) will accept his father’s deal and Victor (Eric Braeden) will put his plan into action. Meanwhile, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will want Devon (Bryton James) to back off and her feelings for Neil (Kristoff St. John) will grow stronger. However, Gwen (Nadine Nicole) has no intention letting Neil go. Neil’s top priority will be to restore Hilary’s memory and get her back to normal.
At the athletic club, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) tells Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor about the new judge Christine (Laralee Bell) managed to get assigned to Adam’s case. Michael says her name is Elise Moxley. Victor and Nikki recognize it. There’s apparently some bad blood between them. Nikki and Victor debate how the judge will react to Adam’s appeal. Victor suggests Judge Moxley might work out, but Nikki thinks she’s got a grudge. Having Judge Moxley on the case is risky.
Judge Moxley meets with Christine at the courthouse and is not pleased that Chris pulled strings to get her. Christine says she didn’t and Judge Moxley suspects who’s behind it. At the hospital, Jack (Peter Bergman) warns Adam that he needs to be prepared to serve his sentence if the appeal doesn’t turn out in his favor. Jack suggests that if Adam wants Victor’s help, it’ll come at a steep price. Adam hints that he’d hope Victor would do it just because he’s his son. Jack insists that his experience with Victor indicates Adam will be disappointed.
Michael arrives to give Adam updates on his tough new judge. Jack heads over to the athletic club and finds Victor. When Jack asks if Victor is assisting Adam with a specific goal in mind, Victor implies that he’s just being a good father. Jack is skeptical, but Victor brushes off his suspicions.
Back at the courthouse, Nikki asks Judge Moxley if she offended her. Judge Moxley says nothing’s wrong and announces that she’s recusing herself from Adam’s case. Nikki presses for answers, but Judge Moxley doesn’t really give an explanation. Victor shows up and hints that Judge Moxley wants to be on this case. Victor suggests that Judge Moxley will be fair and provide a respectable ruling, but she still isn’t sure. A short time later, Nikki tells Victor that Judge Moxley is afraid of him. Elsewhere, Michael and Christine bicker about the judge.
Adam calls Victor and asks him to stop by his hospital room. When Victor arrives, Adam mentions he’s been thinking about Victor’s offer to rebuild Newman Enterprises together. Talk turns to the news about Judge Moxley and Adam suggests that Victor had something to do with putting her on the bench. If Adam doesn’t do what his father wants, he thinks Victor will bring up the paternity issue with Chelsea and let him go to prison.
Victor tries to make his case and Adam frets about what might happen to Jack. Victor gets fed up and wants to know if they have a deal or not. Adam reluctantly agrees they do. Jack runs into Nikki and she asks him if Victor has anything on Senator Moxley, who’s married to the judge. The wheels in Jack’s brain start turning. Y&R rumors hint that Victor has plans for a chat with the senator. It looks like Victor will manage to secure a meeting before Jack.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Gwen and Neil will discuss what to do about Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight). At the park, Neil tells Gwen that they should warn Dr. Neville to fly under the radar. Dylan (Steve Burton) will be digging around. They talk about the pills Dr. Neville provided for Hilary as well as Neil’s confession. Gwen fears Hilary will turn Neil in now that she knows the truth.
At the lake house, Hilary tells Devon how safe she feels there. Devon doesn’t understand why. As far as Devon knows, Hilary was only there when Neil had his accident. Devon recaps the story since Hilary doesn’t remember. Hilary is upset by the fact they cheated on Neil while he was blind. Devon wants Hilary to give him a chance. Hilary doesn’t feel the love and threatens to run away for good if Devon doesn’t leave her alone.
Neil meets up with Hilary back in her suite and urges her to take what Dr. Neville prescribed. Hilary says she could feel a strong connection to Neil when she was at the lake house. Hilary is afraid this dose of drugs will make her love the wrong person. Neil just wants Hilary to get better. Downstairs, Devon thinks of happy memories and Gwen sits down next to him at the bar. Gwen makes comments about Hilary’s manipulation, but Devon stands up for his wife. Gwen insists that she intends to fight for Neil. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Gwen can hold onto her man.
