‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For March 5: Nikki Arrested For Attempted Murder; Sharon Wants Dylan, A Mysterious Threat Appears

‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers for March 5 promise a vital episode of the CBS soap that will have fans rivited to their seats. Shock and dismay for both the victim and the alleged perpetrator of the car accident combined with a dark and mysterious threat to the Scooby Doo gang lead to Y&R viewing you won’t want to miss.

On the March 5, 2015 episode of The Young and the Restless it opens with Summer [Hunter King] screaming at Abby [Melisaa Ordway] at Austin’s, [Mathew Atkinson] memorial. She’s yelling and asking Abby how long has the affair been going on? She whines at Abby did you sleep with him in my bed at our apartment? ANSWER ME ABBY!! (Oy vey someone needs to smack that girl!)

Summer’s Mom Phyllis [Gina Tognoni] intervenes and explains Summer [Hunter King] has been under alot of stress, she doesn’t know what she is saying. Summer snaps and says, “I know exactly what I saw!” You, Abby had the nerve to sleep with my husband, at least have the guts to admit it!! Abby is freaked out.

Over at Sharon’s [Sharon case] house Dylan [Steve Burton] shows up. Dylan asks if Sharon is okay because he received her text? Sharon tells Dylan she asked him over to give him something because she appreciates everything Dylan did for her.    After all Dylan talked her down when she was feeling unstable. Dylan explains he is the last to judge anyone. Dylan asks Sharon, “Did you bring me over for an ego boost?” Sharon replies,  “I brought you over for this!” there is a table set up with dinner and wine.

Back at the hospital Christine [Laura Lee Bell] and Paul [Doug Davidson] are talking about the baby, Chris is hysterical she wants her baby girl back,  she was their miracle baby!! Christine does not know how the accident happened yet.

At the police station Neil [Kristoff St. John] is asked to sign a witness statement. Victor [Eric Braeden] is grilling Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] about what happened.  Nikki repeats again she was not drinking and she was driving clean and sober. Victor says, you told the police that, now tell me the truth.   Nikki is agitated and says, IT IS THE TRUTH! Nikki explains again she could not stop, it was an accident!

Victor reminds Nikki of what happened to Delia and that Adam would be in prison today even though it was an accident.  Nikki says she is not Adam! Victor wants to know why Nikki is acting so nervous then? Victor continues to ask questions because he wants to help her!

Christine tells Paul she remembers a car in the street and the headlights, it was reminicent of when Phyllis ran her over. Christine asks if the person who hit her stopped? Paul tells her the person stopped and she is at the station yes she is at the station.  Christine says, “SHE? Was it Phillis?” Paul tells her no, she tells Paul he needs to find out why this happened.  Christine starts to get paranoid and tells Paul that maybe her and the baby were targeted, maybe by someone who she put in jail.  Paul tries to calm her down and tells her to get some sleep and he will take care of it.  Paul leaves, Christine is sobbing.

Ohhhh boy Sharon has got her game on tonight . Her Thank you gift to Dylan is dinner with wine. Dylan asks where is Faith Sharon tells him she is at a sleep over, this is an adult party. Sharon raises her glass of wine and toasts to a tea party to fight off the loneliness, Dylan stares on kind of confused.

Back at the memorial Phyllis tells Abby Summer did not mean it. Abby yells it’s true, it is all true!! Abby says, “I’m sorry”, .and starts to run away.  Summer screams, “thats right leave! Get out!!!” Nick chases after Abby and asks how she could do this to her own flesh and blood? Abby says she is in hell now, leave me alone!!!

Mariah [Camryn Grimes] walks up to Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan], she says you knew didn’t you? Summer overhears and says “did you know did you know my husband and Aunt were laughing at me behind my back? I want the truth!!” Kyle claims he came to the cabin to tell her about it. Summer screams you waited until Valentine’s day to tell me?? (nice guy, NOT) Summer thinks everyone knew she wants to know who else knew? She wants to know who else is laughing behind her back? Summer realizes Mariah knew, she starts freaking out she is hysterical! She starts putting herself down saying she is naive and dumb, she is crying she looks at Avery [Jessica Collins] and asks, “why do people say they love each other and then cheat?”

Back at Sharon’s, Dylan is uncomfortable, he gets up and says, “I think I gave you the wrong impression, I better go, I need to be at the memorial helping Avery, can I get a rain check?” Sharon says she is embarrassed all this was really a Thank you, she needs a friend.  Dylan reconsiders and says  to Sharon, how about we order Chinese?

Victor won’t let things go he feels there is more to what happened in the car accident. Nikki asks why he won’t believe her? She passed the breathalyzer? Just then Neil walks in the police officer tells him he is free to go. Nikki tells him to take care. Neil says good night and leaves. Victor then tells the officer it was a tragic accident he asks when he can take Nikki home just then you hear Paul’s voice saying “SHE STAYS.” Victor says she passed the breathalyzer and you have Neil’s statement, it was an accident. Paul says try telling that to my wife who is crying her eyes out over the loss of our daughter!

Victor and Nikki say how sorry they are. Paul wants to talk to Nikki privately. Victor says she has been interrogated enough. Paul explains he is not going to interrogate Nikki he just wants to hear in her own words what happened exactly. Nikki agrees to talk to him, Victor is not pleased..

Neil goes into Christine’s hospital room. She thanks him for coming. Neil says he is sorry about the accident. Christine replies, “it was not an accident I knows exactly what happened. I saw the car swerve right into me!” Neil says Nikki would never willingly hurt you.  She says, Nikki in shock!?!

Back at the memorial Summer is still going off on everyone asking them why do people cheat? No one has the answer for her.  Summer says Austin must have fallen in love with someone else. She yells at Aunt Avery then says she is sorry. Phyllis says you have nothing to be sorry for Austin did this, he was the selfish one.

Outside the memorial the Scooby gang are all arguing with each other and pointing fingers. Courtney wants to know how long Mariah knew about this. Mariah claims she just found out last night. Mariah goes after Kyle for knowing and never saying anything, for wanting to wait until Valentines Day! Kyle walks away and says you don’t even know who you are covering for. Kevin wonders again who would be so jealous and angry enough to do this. (That’s the big question, but does anyone care anymore?)

At Sharon’s Dylan says the food is gone and his work is done he offers to help clean-up, Sharon says it is not necessary. Sharon thanks him again and tells him how sweet he is for keeping her company. Dylan says anytime and leaves. (Sharon has got her eye on him)

Nikki explains to Paul about how Neil was drinking and she offered to take him home. Paul asks why Neil was drinking and Nikki says, “an addict never needs an excuse!” Paul says to Nikki, “you claim you were sober, then did you do this on purpose did you aim for Chris?.” Nikki replies, “OMG NO!!!!,” in horror!

Victor makes a call he says Nikki needs an attorney I want you to represent her.  He asks the person to come to the police station, Nikki is too trusting of the police of Chief, Paul. Victor demands the person come to the station now, you need to protect Nikki from herself.  Victor tells Paul he needs to recuse himself from the case. Paul basically replies, “hell will freeze over first.”

Back at Chris’s room Christine is freaking out screaming, “Nikki did this to me Nikki killed my baby? Paul is trying to protect her right now!! OMG poor pathetic Nikki needs my husband’s protection again!!” Neil replies,  “No, No it’s not like that!” Christine is hysterical saying, “he is with her right now trying to figure out how to protect her!!” Neil tries to calm her down, Christine gets up and pulls the tubes out of her nose, she then collapses in Neil’s arms.

Back at Crimson Lights Dylan asks Avery how the memorial was, Avery tells him about what happened with Summer. She said Summer asked her why do people cheat and looked at her like she was the poster child of cheaters!  Dylan asks Avery if she is still clear as to why they got together because it sure doesn’t seem that way anymore.

Back at Sharon’s house , Sharon is reading a fortune cookie and she is looking crazy. She reads the fortune, “He who has friends is never alone,” she smiles and sits down.

Jack tells Summer it’s time to go home, Summer says but Austin is alone and they are burying him. Phyllis says Sumer needs some time alone and they all decide to leave.

Summer is in the chapel with the casket she is sobbing she touches the casket and says “You son of a bitch”!

Abby crying looking into the fireplace, she is remembering her time with Austin when Austin said they were a couple and he kissed her, how she told him they weren’t a real couple and they couldn’t keep doing this. Just then the door opens it’s Kyle and the gang! Kyle looks at her and says “You did it you killed Austin”! Abby is shocked!

Avery tells Dylan falling in love with him was not a mistake! He says but I hit you, she says that was a mistake! He says,“it still doesn’t feel good.” Avery says everything they have been through only makes her love him more and that all they can do is forgive and hold each other tighter.

The nurse comes in and puts Christine back to bed, Neil apologizes, Christine says its not his fault that there is only one person to blame NIKKI! The nurse asks Neil to leave, he stands outside her room and looks worried.

Back at the police station Nikki is in the interrogation room and Victor tells her he has an attorney coming. Victor tells Paul if he has anymore questions to direct them to Nikki’s attorney. Nikki says I don’t need an Attorney . Victor tells Paul that he is taking Nikki home and asks Paul to give Christine their condolences.  Paul tells the officer to read Ms Newman her rights. Niki is shocked WHAT? Victor says don’t you touch her! Paul says never mind I will do it! “You are under arrest for attempted murder!” Victor is furious and says to Paul and the officer DON’T YOU TOUCH HER!

Nikki screams OMG as Paul reader her rights to her, she is distraught and scared.  Victor is shocked!

Summer talking to the casket saying I loved you and I trusted you how could yo do this to me! How how !! She starts slamming her hands on the casket yelling!  (Honestly she looks like she is having a temper tantrum)

Back with the Scooby Doo gang, the finger pointing is coming to a head everyone is blaming Abby then Abby lashes out, I did not kill him! Abby says, “maybe it was Mariah she was jealous because he chose me to have an affair with rather than her we all know that you wanted him! Maybe it was you Kevin you were jealous of Austin! Or maybe it was you Kyle you wanted Summer for yourself!”  Then she reminds the group they,  all agreed that Summer could not stuff Austin’s body into that armoire.  If Summer could not do that how could Abby have the strength to do it.  Abby opens the armoire and on the mirror written in lipstick are the words “I know what happened here!”
