‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Drunk Billy Attacks Stitch – Jack Refuses Adam’s Help – Ashley Partners with Dr. Neville

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, December 18, tease that new business partnerships will form while some relationships continue to struggle. At the hospital, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) runs into Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and wants answers about why she left the CEO position at Jabot. Ashley insists that she has another project in mind.
When Ashley sees Stitch (Sean Carrigan), she questions him about Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight). Ashley says she’s done some research and Dr. Neville seems brilliant. Stitch lets Ashley know that Dr. Neville is bad news and she should steer clear.

At the athletic club, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) tries to persuade Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to talk to Billy (Burgess Jenkins). He’s gone back to drinking and gambling. Victoria replies that she’s not the one to help Billy. Chelsea suggests that Victoria and Billy share a special kind of love that’s worth fighting for.

Devon (Bryton James) gives Neil (Kristoff St. John) updates on his investment in Dr. Neville’s research. Neil doesn’t like that Devon gave in, but Devon thinks it was the only thing he could do. Dr. Neville could identify Neil as Hilary’s (Mishael Morgan) kidnapper. The doc walks over and says he almost told the cops about Neil. It’s a good thing Devon came through when he did.

Paul (Doug Davidson) shows up and hints that he knows all about Dr. Neville’s actions. However, Paul notes that he’s not making an arrest right now. Dr. Neville mentions Devon’s investment and heads out. Devon explains to Paul that he thinks he can get Dr. Neville to divulge details. Once Paul leaves, Neil tells Devon that he’s with him on this. Neil declares that he’ll keep a close eye on Dr. Neville.

Ashley meets with Dr. Neville and announces her proposition. She suggests that the doc is really onto something and she could provide her services as a chemist. Dr. Neville talks about giving hope to people in need. Ashley wants to be Dr. Neville’s partner.

In Marisa’s (Sofia Pernas) suite, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) receives word that his office space is ready. He asks Marisa to come with him. At Newman Enterprises, Adam (Justin Hartley) lays out the plan for Noah (Robert Adamson). They need to bring Luca down and get out of business with the Santori family. Noah can start by showing Marisa and Luca around. Adam thinks Noah will get Marisa back when all of this is over.

Noah approaches Luca and Marisa when they arrive. He tells them that Victor (Eric Braeden) brought him on board to help out with anything they need. They take a look around and Luca likes the new offices. Luca tells Noah he can go now.

At Jabot, Jack (Peter Bergman) tells Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) that he’ll be relying on him a lot more. Adam pops in and wants to help Jack. Jack gripes about Adam releasing the Paragon virus. It’s what started this mess in the first place. Adam says he won’t be leaving Newman Enterprises, but he still wants to aid Jack if he can. Jack hints that Adam’s place is with Victor and insists he should go.

Phyllis shows up and Jack admits he’s not feeling confident. He doesn’t know if he can fix things at Jabot. Phyllis offers some suggestions and Jack likes her ideas. They agree to rebuild the company after the holidays wind down.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Abby (Melissa Ordway) will find Billy drinking at The Underground. It looks like Billy is still having a rough time. Abby says Billy already smells like booze and he replies that he’s celebrating the fact that Jack fired him. Abby thinks Billy should go home and she offers to take him. Billy won’t budge. Stitch comes in and tells Abby about Ashley’s plans to work with Dr. Neville.

When Victoria arrives, Stitch and Abby try to get her to exit. Victoria wonders what’s up until she spots Billy. Victoria walks over and Billy snaps that she should leave him alone. Victoria says Billy asked for another chance and then confronts him about his gambling. Billy starts shouting and Stitch wants to take him home. Billy thinks he doesn’t have a home anymore since Victoria kicked him out. He says that maybe Victoria was making room for Stitch. Billy staggers as he tries to punch Stitch and apologizes to Victoria as he’s led out of the building.

Nearby, Luca has a drink with Marisa. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) starts to give them a piece of her mind, but Noah stops her. He doesn’t want to mess up his new gig at Newman Enterprises. Noah implies that Mariah should chill out, but she looks skeptical about everything.

At the penthouse, Chelsea asks Adam about his meeting with Jack. Adam admits he didn’t have any luck. Chelsea talks about her chat with Victoria. She points out that she’s lucky to have another chance with Adam. Chelsea doesn’t think they should take it for granted. Adam agrees and they make love. Unfortunately, Y&R rumors hint that more trouble could be brewing for Chelsea and Adam. Stick with the CBS soap for details on their next obstacle.
