‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers April 6: Courtney Murdered – Sage Betrays Gabe to Chelsea – Dylan Suspects Sharon

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, April 6 are so hot that you better be sitting down when you read about this amazing Y&R episode! There is evil afoot in Genoa City and our favorite Y&R characters are neither immune to its guilt nor its consequences. There will be murder and mayhem as well as enough betrayal and suspicion to keep every “Young and the Restless” fan glued to the TV screen. Noah’s gut wrenching heartbreak after the gang disccovers Courtney’s brutal murder is hard to bear. Read on for more YR spoilers for the next episode….

On the Monday April 6, 2015 episode of YR it opens with Nick [Joshua Morrow] & Sage [Kelly Sullivan]. Sage has a surprise for Nick, an espresso machine. Nick is excited but tells her she should not have. Nick apologizes for being mean to her the previous day and they hug.

Nick lets Sage know that Courtney [Kelly Gross] and Noah’s [Robert Adamason] wedding was delayed because Courtney had to work. Nick is wondering if Courtney got cold feet, he Nick would like to believe two people could have a happy ending.

The Scooby Doo gang is confused that Courtney wants to meet Noah at the cabin to talk, it seems odd to everyone. The gang speculates maybe Courtney decided to have a big wedding. Kevin [Greg Rikaart] is confused why she wants to meet at the cabin. Then the whole Scooby Doo gang gets messages, Courtney wants to meet in the cabin and the message says, “Come to the cabin and tell NO ONE!”

The Scooby Doo gang are all confused… Kevin finally realizes that maybe Courtney got in the computer at work and knows who the killer is and wants to tell them.

Avery [Jessica Collins] asks Dylan [Steve Burton] if Sharon did something to get herself in trouble with the law. Dylan refuses to talk about it and asks Avery to stop pushing. Avery says she is worried about him and he should tell her what is going on. Avery fells he is on a slippery slope.

Victoria [Amelia Heinle] comes by with Katie and Johnny and Chelsea [Melissa Claire Egan] is surprised she did not know Victoria was coming over. Billy [Burgess Jenkins] comes downstairs and tells Chelsea he is going to the park with Victoria and the kids. Chelsea tells them to have a good time and looks worried. Gabe/Adam [Justin Hartley] comes downstairs and says sarcastically, “They are one big happy family Chelsea I don’t know how you do it!”

Avery tells Dylan he cannot let Sharon [Sharon Case] pull him in. Dylan responds the same thing goes with Joe [Scott Elrod]. Avery defends herself and says she is helping Joe with a charity. Dylan says Sharon is someone who needs help. Avery is mad and tells him to get away from Sharon. Avery gets a call and has to leave. Dylan asks her to trust him and she responds, “The way that you trust me?”

Chelsea tells Gabe/Adam she thinks it is wonderful the way Billy supports Victoria and their children. Gabe/Adam agrees, he knows she does but he thinks she is a special type of person and Gabe/Adam says he could not handle it that well because his mind would put 2 and 2 together. Chelsea says it is what you do when you have a blended family. Gabe/Adam says he wishes he was closer with Sage and he thought they were getting there until he found out she was sleeping with Nick Newman.

Nick asks Sage about her divorce from Gabe. Sage tells Nick that Gabe is set against it. Nick warns Sage she cannot throw her life away. The two start kissing and making out they end up on the floor or bed in the supply room. (These two need to invest in a hotel room)

The Scooby Doo gang gets to the cabin. Courtney’s car is in the front of the cabin but she is not there. Noah is upset and wants to go look for her. Stitch [Sean Carrigan] stops him…then the group realizes that Stitch was the only one who did not get a message. Mariah [Camryn Grimes] says Stitch was a star in the video and he is still a suspect in the murder.

Billy and Victoria are at the park she apologizes for showing up at the house. Victoria says Chelsea looked upset but Billy tells her it is part of the package. Billy tells Victoria they delayed they wedding and they are in a good place. Billy asks Victoria about her and Stitch. Victoria agrees they are in a good place too.

Noah asks what it matters if all the suspects in Austin’s murder are at the cabin, it does not explain where Courtney is. One of the gang mentions that Fenn and Sharon are not there and then Summer starts whining about Sharon not being there, Sharon want to steal the laptop bla bla bla – Summer thinks Courtney found something out about Sharon that could prove no she was behind it all. Mariah reminds the “rocket scientist” (Summer) that they don’t know what Courtney found. The gang starts thinking that perhaps Courtney did not leave the message and maybe the killer lured them to the cabin. (duh)

At the police station a hand with a black glove (we don’t see who it is) puts a stick in the computer USB port and the computers all go to a red blank screen.

Dylan gets to Sharon’s place looking for her. He calls her name, no one answers. He comes in, he starts looking though the drawers and looking though things. The phone rings and her answering machine picks up. It is Rob at the body shop and he says, “I am making an estimate as soon as I can and what the hell were you doing driving the car up in the woods” Dylan looks surprised.

Nick and Sage are naked and done. Nick thinks it is dangerous and fun what they are doing. Sage warns him Sharon could use the affair against them but Nick says he has already made concessions to Sharon. Sage mentions Faith misses her mommy and Nick says that is going to change, he is giving Sharon more time with Faith- he is going to spend more time working on his relationship with Sage. Nick asks her if she is worried about Mr. Tipton. Nick wants her to reassure him that her arrangement with Gabe is in name only and Sage agrees it is. Sage tells him she hates living a lie. Nick says he knows and kisses her.

Chelsea is shocked that Sage is having an affair with Nick she tells Gabe/Adam how sorry she is, it is not way to live. Gabe/Adam tells Chelsea he will survive – he did not have the best role model in his parents for romance. He always thought it was something for someone else. Chelsea tells him there is someone out there for him and hugs him…

Avery comes into the police station and is upset her client is not there the officer tells her all the computer systems are down they contracted a virus. He says everything warrants, reports, surveillance it is all gone and maybe forever.

Sharon walks in and she is surprised to see Dylan, she asks why he is there he says he is there to check up on her. Dylan asks Sharon how the wedding was and she is confused… he reminds her she told him she was going to her son’s wedding.

Billy and Victoria are talking and Billy wants to know why Victoria did not tell Stitch about their near kiss. Victoria tells Billy Stitch is not staying at her house with her right now he is protecting Abby. She tells Billy about the stalker etc.. And Billy asks if the police were called and she says no. Victoria tells Billy she is alright with Stitch staying near Abby because it takes the pressure of her. Billy tells Victoria it seems to him, “She is trying very hard to make things work with Stitch when it doesn’t.”

Gabe/Adam apologizes for feeling sorry for himself. Chelsea tells Gabe/Adam that she felt like him till she met Adam and when she did meet Adam she felt like she was starving and his love fed her. Chelsea talks more about Adam to Gabe/Adam then she says TMI. Gabe/Adam tells her it is beautiful knowing what a marriage could be. He wonders once she experienced a love like that why she would settle for less. He leaves.

Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan] tells the gang they have to think long and hard. Stitch says they have to take control and not let the killer control them. They all start arguing. Noah tells them he is going to find his fiancé.

Noah picks up his phone and calls Courtney – meanwhile over at the police station Avery sees a cell phone in the garbage and picks it up and answers, Noah says, “Courtney thank GOD!” Avery answers, “No I am sorry this is Avery.” Noah asks what she is doing with Courtney phone. Avery tells him she found it in the trashcan. All of a sudden there is a scream and Avery says, “Noah? Noah what is wrong, Noah hello…”
More screaming. It is Abby screaming she opens the closet and puts her hand over her mouth the rest of the gang runs over and it is Courtney in the closet in her wedding dress and she is lying down and we don’t know if she is alive or dead.

They lift Courtney out of the closet. Stitch tells them to be careful. Noah is freaking out giving her mouth-to-mouth. Stitch tries, he feels her pulse – he stops. Stitch tells Noah she is ice cold she has been dead for a while. Noah is freaking screaming, “No, no come on baby don’t go.” Mariah picks up her phone and says, “This is a police emergency.” Noah is crying over her body.

Gabe/Adam is on the phone and orders 1 dozen red roses and says the card should say, “Why would you settle for anything else?” and no signature. Nick walks in and says, “Maybe you should sign it, I’m a hypercritical ass because you are not going to convince me that is for your wife. You are a piece of work you come down on me for hooking up with Sage and you are doing the same thing.” Gabe/Adam tells Nick he is not pointing a gun to Sage’s head. Nick tells Gabe/Adam it is over he does not control Sage anymore.

Sage walks into Jack’s house singing and Chelsea tells her she is disgusting. Sage says, “Excuse me?” Chelsea tells her she could try to hide it if she is sleeping around and she is disgusting and has no compassion for her husband at all. Chelsea asks Sage if she is trying to nail down her next meal ticket. Chelsea goes on ripping her a new one. And then Sage has had enough, Sage tells Chelsea she has no clue what she is talking about. She tells Chelsea she has no idea who the real Gabriel Bingham is!

Sharon tells Dylan it is not like she is keeping anything from him but Courtney did not show up at the wedding because she had to do something for her job and Noah was disappointed. Sharon sees she has a message on the phone.

Avery calls Dylan and asks where he is – Avery tells Dylan that Sharon’s son’s fiancée was found dead.

Billy starts telling Victoria that when you put out the effort and don’t get something back … Victoria tells Billy it is just a temporary set back with her and Stitch. Billy thinks Victoria could have hired a security team and not had Stitch do it.

Sage yells at Chelsea, “Wake up Chelsea, the con women has been had Gabe has been playing you this whole time he has pretended to be this victim. It is a calculated performance, for one reason, to get you to fall in love with him.” Chelsea says, “That is insane.” Sage replies, “Your first chance meeting, there was nothing chance about it. He was watching you at the Athletic Club, How do you think you two ended up side by side at Jabot? Was that just a coincidence? Was it also just a coincidence we moved right across the hall from you?” Chelsea replies, “It happens” and Sage goes on, “He made it happen. Just like he made his car break down in the middle of nowhere so he could be with you. He ran out of gas you actually bought that? Wasn’t there a single moment when you thought this was all just a little convenient? What about the repairs on my apartment don’t you think it is strange it is taking so long? When everyone else in the building has moved back in. I tell you why because Gabe bribed the contractor to take his time and slow down so we could continue living under the same roof as you. He has been working you Chelsea, just like he was working you today.” Chelsea looks upset and confused.

Nick asks, “What the hell happened to you Gabe you never use to think you were the center of the world “. Gabe says, “This coming from the man who cheated on his wife after your kid died then you left the new wife and go back to the old wife and even then you weren’t satisfied. Let me ask you a question when is enough enough huh? Do you think you can get away with everything you and your self-righteous father?” Nick is confused and says, “When did my father get into this?” Gabe/Adam goes on and says, “You Newman’s are all the same generation after generation you just past blame on to someone else not taking accountability for anything you do. Never paying WELL I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE YOU DO PAY.!” Nick looks confused and says, “You are NOT the Gabiel Bingham I knew in school!”

Courtney’s body is on the floor everyone is looking over her. Mariah says the police will be there soon. Abby brings a blanket to put over Courtney to cover her up. Kevin says wait, there is something in her hand. Kevin pulls it out it is a note that says, “I WARNED YOU TO STOP DIGGING!” They all look upset.

Dylan asks Avery how she knows and Avery says she was at the police station and she heard it come in Dylan looks at Sharon strangely and hangs up on Avery. Sharon looks at Dylan and says, “You have the strangest look on your face did something happen?” Dylan asks Sharon, “Where were you earlier?”

That is it SOSers a great episode of YR!  I wasn’t surprised by Courtney’s death once Noah proposed to her I guessed she would be the next victim, were you surprised?  Sage really went after Chelsea today how do you think she is going to get out of it?  Will she finally reveal to Chelsea who Gabe is?  Don’t forget to come back to SOS next week for more answers!
