‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers April 21: Kelly Knocks Jack Out With A Baseball Bat, Fake Jack Fires Billy, Neil is Free and Victor’s Confessional Collaborater Revealed

The Young and the Restless spoilers for April 21 promise an episode that will have fans riveted to their seats as events unfold in Genoa City. Poor Jack’s escape attempt is rewarded with a wack in the head by crazy Kelly wielding a baseball bat and we learn who has been meeting Victor in the confessional. Neil gets a slap on the wrist while Devon learns he is loved. Meanwhile Jack’s nearest and dearest are being dismissed from Jabot as Fake Jack fears betrayal.

Today’s episode of Y&R opens with Real Jack [Peter Bergman] getting out of his restraints he opens the door and Kelly [Cady McClain] is there with a baseball bat and she says, “You have been a bad bad boy” and whacks him in the head!

Back with Fake Jack Phyllis [Gina Tognonoi] is thrilled she has a handsome husband and wants to know what is going on with him and Victor. [Eric Braeden] Fake Jack distracts her and kisses her.

Billy [Burgess Jenkins] tells Ashley [Eileen Davidson] removing Jack should be a last resort. Ashley freaks and asks how they can justify Jack’s behavior, he hacked the computers and he capitulated to Victor. Billy suggests he had a concussion or he is back on pills. Ashley does not care she wants Jack out of Jabot. Billy is concerned this is a power play by Ashley to get control of Jabot because she is next in line to take over.

In court Hilary [Mishael Morgan] is on the stand she is telling the court her relationship to Neil [Kristoff St. John]. All of a sudden ADA Winston asks for a recess right away. Leslie objects but the judge gives him 15 minutes.

Neil and Leslie [Angell Conwell] have no idea what is happening. But they both agree Winston appears to be upset.

Devon [Bryton James] comes out of the court with Hilary and ask her why she thinks Winston called a recess. Devon thinks it is because he is frightened what Hilary will says, Hilary she gets a call and walks away.

It is Winston calling Hilary and asks Hilary what she has been up to. Winston accuses Hilary of setting up their meeting, putting on her tightest dress and tracking him down and getting him into his bed. Winston asks what this is about and Hilary says, “This is me doing everything I can to help my husband.”

Winston tells Hilary Neil is a lucky man and makes a bunch of nasty comments. He tells Hilary she is in a class of her own for predators. Hilary does not care an lets Winston know he is going to make sure Neil goes free.

Winston says he cannot do it. Hilary tells him he better not recuse himself from the case he better make sure Neil does NOT go to prison. She threatens him and tells him, “she IS VERY SERIOUS, MAKE NO MISTAKE!”

Victor [Eric Braeden] is not happy how Winston questioned Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] on the stand. Nikki assures Victor she is okay and tells him he does not have to stay.

Phyllis wants to know what is with Fake Jack’s wild man routine seems all he wants is sex sex and more sex. Phyllis thinks the sex is to distract her about Jabot and Newman. Fake Jack explains that he refuses to play these games with Victor and there is no way he is going to prison for cyber theft and he wants her to trust him.

Ashley tells Billy she would never try to oust Jack without a good reason she is hoping he comes to his senses. She does not know what would be worse Jack standing trial or giving into Victor. Billy cannot believe Jack would do this he thinks Jack may have a new strategy to beat Victor.

Billy says Jack is starting to sound like Victor he wonders if, “some kind of mind meld took place between him and Lurch when they were buried in The Underground. Didn’t notice a moustache sprouting up on Jack did you?” LOL

Phyllis calls Billy they want Ashley and Billy to come over for cocktails a belated wedding celebration. They agree to go over. Ashley tells Billy it could be their opportunity.

Phyllis is starting to get really weirded out by Fake Jack he is all over her all of the time.

Kelly tells REAL Jack she is sorry – she has to tend his wound on his head it could be deadly. Kelly is disappointed he tried to escape she had to hit him with the bat. She hates that he forced her to resort to violence. BUT, she will do all in her power to forgive him because that is just the type of person she is.

Kelly looks totally insane and says, “Love is forgiveness and understanding” Then you hear Real Jack’s thoughts, “Understand you hit me with a bat, somehow, someway I am getting out of here to my wife while you are locked up on the other side of the world in some place for the criminally insane and you will rot there for the rest of your miserable life.”

Kelly goes on and tells Jack it will all be worth it – it will take her a while to convince him they need to be together but they have the rest of their lives.

Victor asks Paul the reason for the recess but Paul does not know. Nikki tells Paul what happened was an accident but Paul says Neil has to be found guilty.

Meanwhile, Lily is not pleased with what Neil said on the stand and blames Leslie.

Hilary tells Winston he does not see the situation for what it is. If he recuses himself he will have to admit he slept with a witness and his career will be over. No chance of being DA, Mayor, anything all his ambitions trashed.

Court resumes Winston tells the judge the state would like to propose a plea deal. Leslie is shocked. Everyone is court does not know what is happening but they are all curious. Hilary looks like the cat who swallowed the canary

Kelly tells Jack she has thought a lot about how their life was before Phyllis and Phyllis is trash, Filth there are pigs cleaner than her. She tells Jack he finally had a woman who is worthy of him. Jack thinks, “a crazy women, if I knew who you were I would have run for the hills.”

Kelly says they were meant to fall in love. Everything was perfect till Phyllis came back and made you give up the best thing that ever happened to you, ME. I have rescued you from her. She has really gone around the twist.

Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan] and Abby [Melissa Ordway] show up at Phyllis and Jack’s party. They both give their congratulations. Billy and Ashley show up Ashley looks like she came in on her broomstick, she looks mad.

Ashley tells them all Jack was the one who hacked all the computers. Kyle and Abby don’t believe it. They tell him about the video proof and Victor is threatening to prosecute. Phyllis says they have to trust Jack there is a reason and Ashley says because of this they want Jack to step down as CEO of Jabot. Jack walks in laughing and says to Ashley, “Good Luck with that”

Leslie stands up in court and tells the Judge, “For the record my client has accepted the terms of a plea bargain. Neil will voluntarily enter a plead of guilty to the lesser charges of homicide and negligent operation of a vehicle and battery of an unborn child. Neil will service 2 years probation and community services.” Paul freaks and tells ADA Winston HE CANNOT DO THIS!! Leslie goes on, “Neil has further agreed to enter an organization that helps the public understand about the dangers of drinking and driving, undergo random sobriety checks, attend AA meeting regularly. If Neil violates the agreement he will be sentenced to time in prison.”

Leslie is confused why ADA Winston did a 180. Victor comes over and congratulates Neil telling him he appreciates he did not try to pin anything on Nikki. Victor says since Jack never offered him his job back at Jabot after getting his sight back, “I am offering you an Executive position at Newman Enterprises.” Neil thanks him and Victor tells him to contact him and he and Nikki leave. Devon congratulates Neil and they embrace.

Paul is fuming; he asks Victor if he is the reason Neil got away with murder?

Crazy Kelly is talking about her son and then tells Jack Phyllis is a horror story that has finally come to an end and the only story left is theirs. Real Jack looks at her like she is crazy.

Fake Jack tells Abby, Billy, Ashley and Kyle that this was suppose to be a wedding party but apparently it is a going away party, my brother and sister want me out of the picture

Billy says it is not true and Fake Jack says he is the head of the family and head of the company and he makes the decisions. Ashley asks Jack to take a leave of absence. Kyle says, “Dad you would never do Victor’s bidding would you?” Jack says, “I have considered getting along kinda like a why can’t we all get along thing out of concession BUT my brother and sister don’t seem to like the idea.”

Billy tells Jack, “you would be making a deal with the devil. Billy tells Jack he has reconsidered and he should step down.” Jack replies, “Is that what you think? Well you know what I think? YOUR FIRED BILLY!”

Everyone is in shock and they tell Jack he is overreacting. Jack tells Billy if he does not like how Jabot is being run, get lost. “This is a new era, the war with Victor Newman is over, he has called a truce. Think of this as a new beginning.”

Billy is stunned and tries to convince Jack that something is wrong… Billy says he is not going to let Jack put his legacy in risk. Everyone is arguing with Fake Jack. Even Abby cannot believe it. Jack tells them they are all traitors and starts screaming for them to all GET OUT OF HIS HOUSE. He throws them out. Ashley tells him he has not heard the end of it Jack slams the door in her face.

Jack turns around and asks Phyllis to go to the club and play tennis – Phyllis is shocked she says they have a legitimate concern. Fake Jack reminds Phyllis she said she would support him.

Back with Real Jack he is trying to reach the baseball bat and hears music Kelly walks in she is dressed in lingerie and tells him to listen and remember when their story began.

Victor is pissed off and denies he spoke to ADA Winston. Paul warns Victor he better be telling the truth. Nikki asks Victor if he is telling the truth and Victor denies doing anything about the plea bargain.

Paul is yelling at Winston and asks WHAT THE HELL he was thinking. Winston says the case was going against them and what Neil did was an accident. Paul asks who got to him? Winston says the guy did not deserve to go to prison. Paul says Christine is not going to make his job easy if he has a job after this.

Devon goes to Hilary and says, “You made that happen didn’t you. I saw the way Winston and you looked at each other.” Hilary tells Devon she told him she would do anything to help Neil. Devon realizes she used Winston just like she used him and tells Hilary. Hilary tells him it is not the same it was never the same.

Devon wants to know what is not the same. Hilary tells Devon it is different because she loved him and still loves him.

Cane, Lily, Leslie and Neil are toasting him being free with cupcakes. Leslie wants to know what is bothering Neil. Neil is bothered by what happened in the courtroom – what made Winston change his mind. Neil suspects Devon paid him off or Victor may have blackmailed him. Leslie tells him he got a gift, take it and move on.

Abby wants to know if they are all fired or just Billy. Ashley says no one is fired they are calling an official board meeting and they are going to vote Jack out.

Kelly and her lingerie are getting close to Real Jack. She is taking his clothes off and telling him she is going to make it all better, she is rubbing his body. She takes his gag off and starts to kiss him – he kissed her back.

Victor is in the confessional he tells someone, “I am not happy with you at all. You came back two days early contrary to my instructions. I will not be disobeyed again. You got that?” At the other side of the confessional is Fake Jack he tells him, “Relax everything is going to work out fine. They seem to think I am making a deal with the devil. Believe me I will show them who is the boss!!”

Well The Young and the Restless fans that was certainly an action packed episode.  Real Jack has finally realized that Kelly has gone around the bend and is going to try and con her.  Do you think it will work?  Meanwhile, Fake Jack has become a Demi-God and is firing everyone.  He needs to dial it back a bit, because even Phyllis is starting to gets suspicious.  Finally, we found out who is in the confessional with Victor are you surprised it was Fake Jack?
