‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoiler July 6: Gabriel Fires Victoria Appoints Abby CEO, Nikki Has Alcohol Poisoning, Victor Gets Plea Bargain

“The Young and the Restless” for Monday July 6, 2015 reveal that Gabriel has taken his place as the head of Jabot Newman. Billy remains sceptical that Gabriel is Jack’s son but Ashley tells him Gabriel passed a DNA test.  Meanwhile, Gabriel’s first order of business is to appoint Abby CEO.  Nikki is unconscious and Neil thinks she has alcohol poisoning and he calls 911.

The Monday July 6, 2015 episode of Y&R opens with Gabriel [Justin Hartley] in Victor’s [Eric Braeden] office – Gabriel is cleaning out all Victor’s stuff and putting it in the drawers and getting rid of it. Gabriel calls a meeting of all the key employees of Newman Abbott.

Paul [Doug Davidson] goes to see Dylan [Steve Burton] and says, “You’re lucky I did not have arrested.” Paul is furious at Dylan.

Lily [Cristal Khalil]is talking to Avery[Jessica Collins], she says, “Why did you tell Paul I slept with Joe [Scott Elrod]?” Avery apologize and says, “I had to I was pressured by Paul.”

Sharon [Sharon Case]is in the Park and she sees Joe and she takes out her mace and says, “Stay away from me or you will get a face full of mace.” Joe says, “I didn’t hurt Avery. Dylan tied me up and beat me up. I didn’t do it!” Sharon says, “Avery spent her life helping someone else there is not way she would lie about you raping her.” Joe says, “She is not herself, she lost it, she has lost her mind and is inventing things.”

Neil [Kristoff St. John] is not happy with what is going on at Newman Jabot. He tells Gabriel, “I cannot work like this, I quit!” He turns around to the rest of the people at the office and says, “The rest of you should leave too!”

Chelsea[Melissa Clair Egan] says, “Gabriel is only trying to protect things for his father Jack[Peter Bergman].” Billy [Burgess Jenkins] says, “I don’t believe Jack is Gabriel’s father.” Ashley[Eileen Davidson] says, “Jack had a DNA test taken, Gabriel is his son!”

Victoria [Amelia Heinle] and Abby [Melissa Ordway] are at The Underground with Nick [Joshua Morrow] and Michael[Christian LeBlanc] comes in. Michael is Victor’s lawyer and Victoria asks him, “Will Victor go jail?” Michael, “He might go to jail for life because he confessed to shooting his life long enemy.” After Michael leaves Victoria tells Nick that she knew Victor shot Jack. Nick is surprised she did not tell anyone what she knew and Victoria says, “I was protecting my father!”

Paul says to Dylan, “You tied Joe up and you tried to get a confession out of him. We need as much evidence as we can and we have nothing. Even if you get evidence it will not count. If it turns out it is Joe we will get him.”

Nikki is visiting Victor in jail. Victor tells Nikki, “I never wanted to hurt Jack.” Nikki says, “But you did!” Victor says, “I was trying to protect my family.” Nikki says, “If you don’t tell me more I am going to walk out.” Victor tells her to leave. Nikki leaves!

Michael comes to see Victor and Michael asks Victor, “Where is the gun, you have to tell me. The one you used to shoot Jack with.” Victor tells Michael where the gun is. Victor says, “I put it under a board in the stables.” Michael leaves.

Nick comes to see Victor. Victor asks what he is doing there. Nick asks, “Why did you shoot Jack? Don’t lie I will know you are lying.” Victor says, “I shot Jack in self-defense. Why don’t you listen to me? I need you to help me to keep the company from falling apart.”

Over at Newman Jabot Gabriel is cleaning house and replacing everyone. He is replacing Victoria as CEO with Abby. He tells Victoria if she wants to follow Neil she can leave. He tells Ashley and Billy if they want to stay they can. Victoria says, “I am not leaving, I am staying to protect my father’s company.”

Sharon and Joe are talking and Joe says, “Avery is losing it I believe she is doing all this to get Dylan back.” Sharon tells him he is wrong. Joe says, “Talk to Dylan he will be able to tell if Avery is lying. Dylan already told Avery to call the police and Avery ran right to Dylan. I am sure Avery is trying to get Dylan back.”

Ashley and Billy think it is ridiculous that Gabriel has put Abby in charge of Newman Jabot. Abby says I will take the position and she leaves. Billy asks Gabriel, “What am I going to do” and Gabriel tells him he is going to keep his old job. Gabriel says, “BUT I need more work from you. You slowed up when you were chasing Chelsea.” Billy is not pleased.

Neil and Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] are speaking in Nikki’s room at The Athletic Club. Neil tells Nikki, “I need a friend, I quit my job.” Neil looks into Nikki’s eyes and he says, “Oh my Gosh you are drunk Nikki. Give me the bottle.” Nikki says, “NO, I need it. I have a reason for this. This is magic.” Neil and Nikki are struggling for the bottle. Nikki says, “All your troubles go away with this.”

Ashley and Billy follow Abby outside and Abby says, “You all think I am just a dumb kid.” Ashley says, “No we just think you are not ready for this yet.” Abby says, “I will be in time once I learn the job I will be a force to be reckoned with.”

Billy and Ashley meet Victoria in the park and Billy and Ashley tell Victoria that they have to work together to bring Gabriel down.

Nick comes to Newman Jabot and says to Gabriel, “I am going to get this company back!” Gabriel says, “No you are not Victor shot Jack.” Nick says, “It was self-defense.” Gabriel, “I am going to make him pay for it.” Gabriel says to Nick, “He tried to pull you into his life and you fought him now he is pulling you back in.”

Nikki is passed out on the couch and Neil is trying to wake her up. Neil is frightened because he cannot get her up. Neil calls an ambulance he tells them, “I think Nikki has alcohol poisoning and I think she has stopped breathing.” Neil runs over to Nikki and screams, “Nikki, Nikki” and he gives her mouth-to-mouth resuscitation

Michael tells Victor that they have a plea bargain for him and it is a very good offer. Victor says, “I shot Jack to protect my family.” Michael says, “Wait till you hear the plea bargain.”

That is it “The Young and the Restless” fans!  Nikki is unconcious and probably has alcohol poisoning will this be the wakeup call she needs?  Victor has been given a plea deal, do you think Paul thinks Victor has been setup?  Do you think Avery is accusing Joe of rape to get Dylan back?
