‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoiler July 3: Victor Arrested After Gabriel’s Betrayal, Marisa Tells Adam Marco’s Dead, I’m Taking Over

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday July 3, 2015 reveal Victor is in for a nasty surprise when his new bought ally Gabriel turns on him like a viper. After Lily’s indiscretion with Joe she decides to mend her fences with Devon. Meanwhile, Jack woke up from his coma but was unable to talk.
The July 3, 2015 episode of Y&R opens with Phyllis [Gina Tognonoi] is with Jack [Peter Bergman] and he is still in the coma – she thinks if she keeps talking to him it will wake him up. Victor [ Eric Braeden] comes in the room and she says, “What are you doing here, you should not be here!” Jack wakes up. Phyllis says, “Who shot you?” Jack points his finger at Victor. Phyllis leaves the room to get help. Victor gets a pillow and he has it in his hand. He tells Jack, “Keep your mouth, you better not say anything to anyone.” Jack tries to say something and he cannot.
Phyllis comes in the room and Victor has the pillow and she screams, “What are you doing?”
Marisa [Sophia Pernas] goes to visit Gabriel [Justin Hartley] at Chelsea’s[ Melissa Clair Egan] house and she says, “I told you we had to meet!” Gabriel wants to know where Marco [Peter Bergman] is. Marisa tells Gabriel Marco is dead in the river and she says, “I am your worst enemy. Now that Marco is dead I am taking over!”
Phyllis says, “What are you doing Victor? Stay the hell away from my husband!” Victor says, “I am trying to make Jack more comfortable.”
Marisa says to Gabriel, “I have to find out if Jack is okay.”
Devon [Bryton James] and Hilary [Mishael Morgan] are in bed making out. Hilary tells Devon he should call his family. Devon tells her he doesn’t want to right now. He wants to go to the park now.
Over with Lily [Cristal Khalil] and Cane [Daniel Goddard] – they are at the Athletic Club and the kids want to go to the park. Lily doesn’t really want to because she has to miss time from work. However, Lily changes her mind and they all head to the park. They meet up with Devon and Hilary. They say hello to each other and Devon and Hilary start to leave and Lily says, “Why don’t you stay and sit with us on the same blanket?” Everyone is shocked but Devon and Hilary decided to stay.
Stitch [Sean Carrigan] and Abby [Melissa Ordway] come to see Ashley [ Eileen Davidson] at her office. Ashley tells Abby and Stitch that they have a suspect in Jack’s shooting and that it was Victor who tried to kill Jack. Abby tells her she does not believe Victor would do that.
Marisa tells Gabriel that she knows how he helped Marco setup Jack to be killed. Gabriel gets upset and Marisa says, “Stronger people than you have tried to take me down and they could not.” Gabriel says, “I will help you but you have to leave right now.” Marisa leaves.
Victor and Victoria [Amelia Heinle] are talking at home. Victor says to Victoria, “No one can say I did it. I did not tell anyone that I shot Jack. I told you because I trusted you.”
Back at the hospital Phyllis calls Paul [Paul Davidson] and says, “You have to arrest Victor.” Paul tells her he cannot because they have NO proof. Paul goes on and says, “Unless there is a witness I cannot do anything at all!”
Phyllis goes to Jack’s bedside and tells him she is going to help him get better. Meanwhile, you can hear what Jack is thinking he says; “I know you recognized me when I came home. You knew it was me. I am coming back to you. You are the love of my life.” Gabriel comes in to the hospital room and Phyllis says, “Go to HELL!” Gabriel leaves
At the Genoa City Police Department. Paul is on the phone saying, “No one says Victor shot Jack.” Gabriel walks in and says, “That is not true, Victor Newman did it. I am your witness. I saw him shoot Jack!”
Paul goes back to the hospital with a warrant for Victor’s arrest. He arrests Victor and tells him Gabriel gave him a blow-by-blow description of what happened in the park.
Devon thanks Lily and Cane for letting him and Hilary sit with them at the park and forgiving them. Lily says, “I can forgive you but I don’t know if I can forget. Devon leaves the park and Cane says, “It was great of you to forgive them.” Lily says, “I figured everyone makes mistakes.”
Victor tells Paul that he shot Jack in self-defense Jack pulled a gun on him. Paul tells Victor, “Jack did not have a gun.” Paul takes Victor to the GCPD.
Abby left to see Victor and Stitch stays behind with Ashley. Ashley almost passes out. Stitch helps her to a chair and gets her settled. When she feels better Stich and Ashley go watch the Fireworks.
Noah [Robert Adamson] pays for a hotel room for Marisa and then they head to the Park.
Chelsea gets to the park with Connor and she sees Noah and Marisa there. Noah introduces Marisa to Chelsea. Gabriel shows up at the park and Chelsea introduces Gabriel to Marisa and Gabriel pretends he does not know her. Marisa and Noah leave and go sit by themselves. Gabriel and Chelsea sit by themselves and Chelsea says, “What is wrong, you look a little nervous, you keep staring at Marisa.” Gabriel says, “No, No, I just hope she does not hurt Noah.”
At the GCPD and Victor wants to make a statement, he has something to say. Victor’s lawyer tells him not to say anything but Victor says he wants to. Victor says, “I shot Jack in self-defense. He came to my office with a gun and threatened me, he wanted all of Newman Abbott. I refused him. Jack invited Nikki [ Melody Thomas Scott] to go to park. He called her but I went. I wanted to talk him down. Jack drew a gun on me and I shot him.”
That is it “The Young and the Restless” fans! Lily has done a 360 and forgiven Devon and Hilary. Will Cane become suspicious? Marisa seems to have changed her personality is she going to be a worse enemy than Marco? How is Victor going to get out of the mess he is in?
