‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoiler July 10: Victor Beats Up Neil, Cane Throws Lily Out, Avery Goes To Joe’s Place With a Gun

The Friday July 10, 2015 episode of “The Young and the Restless” reveals that Avery lies for Dylan in her deposition with Joe’s lawyer.  Avery is sure that Joe will not be held accountable for raping her so she decides to take matters into her own hands.  Meanwhile, Cane is furious with Michael because he feels Michael destroyed not only his own marriage but Cane’s marriage.

The “Y&R” Friday July 10, 2015 episode  opens with Devon [Bryton James] , Hilary [Mishael Morgan] and Lily[Cristel Khalil] at the Athletic Club talking. Lily says, “Okay go ahead call me a tramp, call me a hypocrite, I cheated on my husband. You can tell me all about Karma.” Hilary says, “Lily we just want to make sure that you are okay. I thought you might need your brother.”

Cane [Daniel Goddard] is with Lauren [Tracy E. Bregman] and she says, “I had a missed call from you last night is everything all right.” Cane says, “Yes but my wife slept with Joe Clark [Scott Elrod]!” Michael [Christian LeBlanc] comes in and Lauren says, “It was all it took was for Michael to set this up , he set this plan in motion.” Cane looks at Michael and says, “You set this all up. You ruined your marriage and then you ruined mine too!”

At the jailhouse the officer says to Victor [Eric Braeden], “Your lawyer is on the way.” He then gives Victor a cellphone. The officer says, “You cannot get caught with this or both of us will go down.” Victor calls Nikki’s [Melody Thomas Scott cell phone and Neil [Kristoff St.John] picks it up. Victor says, “Why are you picking up Nikki’s phone? Tell her to take the phone or tell her to come to the police station.” Neil says, “She is not going to do that.” Victor says, “That is not up to you to determine, it is up to me.”

Dylan[Steve Burton] is speaking to Sharon[Sharon Case] at Crimson Lights and he says, “It really upsets me that Avery[Jessica Collins] is at the police station with Joe and his lawyer.”

At the GCPD Avery is being deposed by Joe’s lawyer. He says, “Are you aware that Dylan kidnapped my client and tied him up?” Avery says, “That is allegedly!” The lawyer, “Did Dylan threaten to kill Joe? Avery says, “Not to my knowledge. I don’t recall Dylan saying that.” The lawyer says, “So Dylan may have said that and you don’t remember?” Avery says, “There was a lot of things said and I don’t remember that conversation.” The lawyer asks, “Did he have my client tied to a chair?” Avery, “Dylan just found out Joe raped me. You don’t want your client known as a rapist do you? If Dylan wanted to kill Joe he would be dead now.”

Paul [Doug Davidson]gets a phone call and there is someone at the other end who says, “We have the evidence.” Paul says, “Bring it all in and go arrest now. Don’t lose a bit of the evidence just bring him in.”

Hilary says, “I take not satisfaction in your problems Lily.” Lily says, “I find that hard to believe.” Hilary says, “We have no right to judge you.” Lily says, “I saw footage of Lauren going to Cane’s room in the middle of the night so I just assumed Lauren and Cane slept together.” Devon says, “But Lily they work together.” Lily says, “But that was not my first impression when I saw the tape I assumed the worst!” Devon says, “That is understandable” and Lily says no it was stupid. Lily says, “Joe was at the bar and he followed me up to my room to make sure I was okay. It was stupid but I don’t think Cane will ever forgive me.”

Cane and Michael are speaking and Cane is furious he says, “It was your plan to make my wife do this.” Michael tells Cane to talk to Lily and all will be okay but Cane says, “No it is to late she slept with someone else.” Michael says, “I was trying to find a friend for my wife. I have cancer, you told me to provide my wife with things I cannot give her.” Cane says to Lauren, “He told me to provide you with things he could not. “ Michael says, “I was angry and I was drunk that is why I did it.”

Avery says, “Joe’s face was bruised and I don’t know how it happened. I did not see Dylan lay a hand on Joe.” The lawyer leaves because the deposition is over and Joe goes to the door to leave and then he comes back. He says to Avery, “I am sorry for what you are going through but I did not rape you. Will you help me clear my name?” Avery says, “NO!” Joe leaves.

Over at the jail where Victor is being held Victor says to Neil, “I have always depended on you to help me.” Neil says, “I did not come here for thanks, Nikki wants you to stay away from her. I’m guessing you will beat these charges but I am going to protect your wife.” Victor says, “Protect Nikki, no one comes between me and my wife.” Neil says, “Don’t drag her down in your sick sloppy world anymore. If that is all you have to say Victor I am leaving!” Victor says, “Nikki will never, never leave me.” Neil says, “She is leaning on me now and I am going to tell her what a liar and a thief you are.” Victor punches him and he falls to the ground. Neil gets up and leaves.

Cane and Michael are speaking Michael says, “Wasn’t your marriage already on shaky ground?” Cane says, “You are so wrapped up in your chemo that you did this.” Michael says, “I was trying to end my marriage.” Cane says, “You never thought how I would feel and my children would feel about this!”

Back with Devon and Lily speaking, Devon says, “Cane made a mistake and you were hurt.” Hilary says, “You were right about me some of the things I did were not right either.” Devon tells Lily not to give up hope because he did not give up hope.

Avery is at Crimson Lights and Dylan leaves for the police station to give his deposition. Sharon [Sharon Case]comes by and says, “What have you done? Avery asks, “What do you mean?” Sharon responds, “You sent Dylan off for a deposition without being coached. You know Joe’s lawyer can be very crooked.” Avery says, “You don’t care why are you pretending?” Sharon says, “I do care, but you are not yourself.” Avery says, “Dylan is not going to get hurt because they are not going to arrest Joe.” Sharon tells Avery to back off Dylan. Avery says, “Finally your true colors are coming out. Don’t worry Dylan is not the one that is going to get hurt.”

Dylan is at the GCPD giving his deposition to Joe’s lawyer. The lawyer says to Dylan, “You beat Joe up to get a confession.” Dylan says, “This is not the first time Joe has forced himself on Avery. She had to push him off the balcony because he tried to rape her. He played on her guilt and pretended he was not better and he was. Avery had to go and look after Joe. Then Joe tried to blackmail Avery to have sex.” The lawyer is looking on surprised. Dylan asks the lawyer, “How many times did Joe beat Avery up when they were married?” Joe screams, “SHUT YOUR MOUTH!” Dylan says, “It is a lot easier Joe when you are fighting a women.” Joe’s lawyer tells him to sit down and calm down. The deposition is over.

Nikki and Neil are speaking he tells her that Victor has the guards getting him everything he needs. Neil says, “Victor just wants to get out so he can put you in a box again.” Nikki says, “What did you say to Victor?” Neil says, “I just told him the truth, what I thought of him!” Nikki runs to the police station to see Paul.

Nikki says to Paul, “I want to see my husband.” Paul says to Nikki, “What the HELL are you thinking?” Nikki insists that she get to see Victor.

Paul goes to see Victor and says, “What the hell were you thinking punching Neil?” Victor says, “Let me worry about that it is my problem.” Michael who is Victor’s lawyer says to Victor, “You are making my job harder than it has to be.” Victor says, “Do everything you can to get me out, Nikki needs me.”

Joe says to Dylan, “You are blaming me for things I did not do!” Dylan says, “But some of the things you did do!”

Back at GCPD, Nikki comes in and says, “I have to see Victor I am part to blame for what happened.” Paul says, “When are you ever going to stop blaming yourself for things that have happened.”

Nikki gets to see Victor and she tells him, “Victor you have to let me go!” Victor says, “I could never shoot anyone in cold blood, you cannot leave me Nikki.”

Lily and Cane are talking and Lily think Cane has come to forgive her and Lily asks Cane if he is moving out of the apartment and he says, “No Lily you are moving out!”

Dylan is speaking to Sharon and Dylan says, “I am going to help Avery as much as I can.” Sharon says, “I want you to stay away from Avery she is unbalanced.” Dylan and Sharon look into Dylan’s gun case and his gun is gone.

At Joe’s place the doorbell rings Joe answers and it is Avery at the door and she says, “We have to settle this now.”

That is it “The Young and the Restless” fans!  We know Avery has Dylan’s gun, now that she has shown up at Joe’s place is she going to try to kill him?  What will Victor do to get Nikki back when he finally gets released from jail?  Now that Sharon and Dylan knows his gun is gone what are they going to do?
