‘The Young and the Restless’ POLL: Who Set The Fire At The Y&R Halloween Gala? VOTE!

“The Young and the Restless’” spoilers are in, and it looks like the start of the madness has begun. There’s a madman [or woman] on the loose; the terrorist threatens to take the lives of four people in Genoa City. The identity of the person that will start the fire has not been revealed, and TPTB has been tight-lipped about any leak of November sweep spoilers.

At first, it looked like Chloe [Elizabeth Hendrickson] could be the one responsible for the fire. She was angry, full or rage, and hell-bent on a revenge plot again Adam Newman. At Chancellor Park, she showed her disgust of Victor Newman [Eric Braeden] too. Paul [Doug Davidson] arrested her for attempted murder which silenced her part in the fire.

Ian Ward [Ray Wise] has been unleashing terror in Genoa City for almost two years. He despises Victor, who makes him the perfect person for the fire. When he worked with Adam [Justin Hartley] to launch the Paragon Project, he had computer-savvy comrades on his staff. It is possible, even from prison, he could launch an elaborate revenge plan. All he would need is a mindless fool to carry out the plan on his behalf.

Marco Annicelli [Peter Bergman] is one of the evilest villains to ever step foot in Genoa City. He has no moral compass and will do whatever it takes to get his way. It makes Marco an extremely dangerous man. If that’s not bad enough, he looks exactly like Jack [Peter Bergman], making it easy for him to fool others into trusting him. He is supposed to be locked away in a Peruvian prison, but it is plausible he escaped. He could also have partnered up with someone who acts on his behalf.

It’s been awhile since Genoa City saw Sheila Carter [Kimberlin Brown]. Although, the powers that be at “Y&R” swore they wouldn’t unleash Sheila into Genoa City again. It is possible that Sheila could return with a new face, once again- to terrorize the city and specifically Lauren [Tracey Bregman]. It would seem like this threat is more aimed to Victor or Jack.

Patty Williams [Stacy Haiduk] is a complex character. One minute, she is calm and lucid, and the next she snaps. She is not mentally stable and could be angry with Phyllis [Gin Tognoni] for marrying Jack. She could also be furious with Adam and the Newman’s for his role in sending her off to prison. She is currently locked up in Fairview. Is it possible that she will break free to act out carefully thought-out revenge plot?
