‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Tristan Rogers Returns As Colin To YR In August

“The Young and the Restless” cast news reveals that Tristan Rogers is headed back to the CBS soap as Colin! The last time we saw Rogers’ character was nearly three months ago, but according to the July 13 edition of Soaps In depth the actor returned to “The Young and the Restless” set on June 24 and episodes starring Colin are set to begin airing again in August 2015.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers about Colin’s return are scarce, apparently Tristan Rogers doesn’t even know what mischief his character will be up to when he reemerges in Genoa City. Tristan dished to Soaps In Depth that he told producer Jill Farren Phelps he didn’t want to know what his new storyline entailed because he “likes to be surprised.” Rogers added, “What I am going back to at this point I have no idea.” We like to be surprised too, but we could have used a couple of hints! Whatever it is, we are sure there won’t be a dull moment, Colin always manages to stir up some trouble when he is around.

Sadly the rumors that Rogers was going to film some scenes for the ABC soap “General Hospital” while he was off the Y&R canvas are not true. GH fans were certain that his character Robert Scorpio was going to pop up for a brief reunion with Luke Spencer during his final scenes but Soaps In Depth confirms there is absolutely no truth to those rumors, and GH and Y&R couldn’t come to an agreement on sharing the actor.
