'The Young and the Restless' News: Mishael Morgan Confirms She's Filming - Hilary Headed Back to Y&R

“Young and the Restless” fans have been patiently awaiting the return of fan favorite Mishael Morgan’s return from maternity leave. Until she returns, they cannot give her character Hilary a storyline. Fans speculated that her character would return in time for November sweeps- and it looks like that assumption was right on track.

Michael Morgan shared a picture on Twitter this evening that said, “Someone’s back in Genoa City! Thanks everyone for being so patient, now it is time to resurrect Hilary! #backtowork” She added a blurry picture of her script with the only thing you could clearly read was “The Young and the Restless.”

Fans are excited that she will be returning to the show to wrap up the Hilary is hurt and missing storyline. Devon has been trying desperately to find her- only run into dead end after dead end. Will he finally discover the person hiding her all this time is his adopted father, Neil (Kristoff St. John)?

Gwen (Nadine Nicole) accidentally figured out that Neil was Hilary’s kidnapper. He didn’t hide the truth from her and told her the whole story. Gwen was terrified at first but quickly figured out that she needed to help him before Hilary dies. She told him she didn’t tell Devon because she couldn’t hurt him by revealing that his father had betrayed him like this. She hoped they could help Hilary and figure out a way to reveal the truth together. Will Neil let her become an accessory to the crime?

Hilary’s first scenes should be seen in about four weeks give or take? Does that mean we have weeks of her laying in the bed with Neil talking over like a lunatic? We can only hope that is not the case.
