‘The Young and the Restless’ News: Melissa Claire Egan’s Marriage Ceremony Featured in Spring 2015 Issue of Inside Weddings – Check it Out!

Most “Young and the Restless” fans love a good soap wedding, but Melissa Claire Egan got to enjoy the real deal when she tied the knot with Matt Katrosar in July 2014. Egan, who plays Chelsea on “The Young and the Restless,” shared a few pictures with her Twitter followers right after the big event, but that was just a little tease compared to what you’ll find once the next issue of “Inside Weddings” hits newsstands. In a recent tweet, Egan said she was “excited to share, our wedding is featured in the Spring 2015 issue of @InsideWeddings!”

Y&R viewers can pick up a copy on March 24 if they want a peek at the lavish affair. The pics we’ve seen so far have been stunning. Melissa Claire Egan was gorgeous as usual in her elegant gown and the groom was the perfect dashing complement. The outdoor ceremony featured a shabby-chic look and guests can be seen enjoying the low-key vibe of the nuptials. Egan’s bouquet featured soft shades of white and with a touch of vibrant purple. The reception was held in a rustic barn that was decorated with ornate chandeliers and delicate draperies. You couldn’t imagine a more beautiful wedding or a more beautiful couple!

According to Daytime Confidential, Melissa Claire Egan got engaged in February 2013 to Matt Katrosar, an account executive at CBS Interactive. A little over a year later, Egan and Katrosar were married. Chelsea may have had her fair share of relationship difficulties on “The Young and the Restless,” but Egan seems perfectly content with her life as a newlywed.
