‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Kristoff St. John’s Late Son Julian’s Artwork Honored In Us Weekly’s Fall 2015: Art for a Cause

“The Young and the Restless” Kristoff St. John’s son Julian’s “Crucifix Dreamz” has been featured as one of the Editors’ Style Picks for Fall 2015: Art for a Cause, in US Magazine. Mia St. John, Julian’s mother and Kristoff’s ex-wife, shared the wonderful news via Twitter
Julian St. John was a talented artist and poet – those were just two of his many talents. Available now is Julian’s “Crucifix Dreams” in acrylic or poster print. The artwork is available through the Mia St. John Foundation; all proceeds will benefit the Stone Art program.

Stone Art was Julian’s art studio in Palm Springs, California. His artwork is now on display there and an art program in his honor has been started for young adults. Julian St. John’s artwork has been displayed at the Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art and Air Laguna in Laguna in Laguna Beach, California.
Mia St. John joined with Congresswoman Grace Napolitano and Los Angeles Lakers star Ron Artest on Capitol Hill. The trio was in Washington, D.C. to reintroduce the Mental Health in Schools Act and create awareness and support for mental health initiatives. Mia also spoke at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

The fight to bring awareness to and remove the stigma from mental health issues continues in Julian’s name. Mia speaks in schools and juvenile halls on the importance of education and overcoming hardships. The five-time World and International Boxing Champion also speaks about her own battles with mental illness, addiction and poverty.
In 2015 Mia St. John was named “Mental Health Warrior” by CNN. Mia and Kristoff St. John continue to fight for justice in Julian St. John’s name. “Y&R” fans, or anyone else, can now own a piece of Julian’s artwork and support a wonderful cause.
