‘The Young And The Restless’ News: Kate Linder Auctioning Off Tour Of ‘Y&R’ Set For Charity

‘The Young And The Restless’ star Kate Linder is by far one of the most charitable soap opera stars out there – it seems like every other week she is volunteering her time for a charity or raising awareness or money.  Linder, who you most likely know as the Chancellor maid Esther Valentine on ‘The Young And The Restless’ is now raising funds for the Television Academy Foundation.

Kate Linder took to Twitter today to reveal to ‘Y&R’ fans and her followers that she is auctioning off a private tour of ‘The Young And The Restless’ set to raise funds for the Television Academy Foundation.  According to the auction page, “The foundation is dedicated to preserving and celebrating the history of television while educating and inspiring those who will shape its future.”

According to Kate Linder’s auction on Ebay, “The lucky winner and a guest are entitled to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the closed set of “The Young and the Restless” with Kate Linder, who plays Esther Valentine on the show. Explore the world of this top-rated show, a leader in daytime television for the past 27 years and counting. This is a closed set, so the only way to see what Genoa City is really like is to bid!”
