‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Explosive Video Spoilers: Adam Furious With Victor, Sharon Tells Mariah Her Secret, Colin Accuses Neil

“Young and the Restless” spoilers are on fire for the week of August 24-28, according to the CBS promo video released on Monday. It looks like fans will see a showdown between Victor (Eric Braeden) and Adam (Justin Hartley) in the coming weeks. Trouble is definitely brewing between the father/son duo.

The spoilers hint that Adam had the intention of starting a new life in Paris. He wanted to leave his life in Genoa behind, and embrace his life as Gabriel Bingham. Fans know that cannot happen because we have been promised a showdown between Victor and Adam. Adam tells Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), “I hate him and I won’t let him destroy me, anymore.” Is it possible that Adam will stand up to his dad and reveal his true identity? It is highly unlikely, but if Adam is backed into a corner, he may.

Sharon (Sharon Case) has yet to reveal that she miscarried. She seems confused and scared Dylan (Steve Burton) may leave her when he finds out the news. She tells Mariah (Camryn Grimes) that she lost the baby. Mariah urges her to tell Dylan the truth. He overheard them talking and says, “What do you need to be honest with Dylan about, Sharon?” Will Sharon tell Dylan the truth? Will she fake her pregnancy and then try to pass Sage’s (Kelly Sullivan) baby as her own?

In the Virgin Islands, Devon (Bryton James) is under an umbrella of suspicion after his new bride, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) turns up missing on their honeymoon. He wants to go look for her, but the cops won’t allow him to look. They told him they no longer think they will find her alive; they have issued a recovery mission to find her body. Devon cannot believe his wife could be dead.

Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Colin (Tristan Rogers) are the likely culprits to Hilary’s disappearance. Neil was after revenge, and he used Colin to help him with his revenge plot. He knew Colin was a money- hungry dirt bag and would do anything for money. It looks like between the two of them- they still aren’t sure which one has a part in her disappearance. Neil questions Colin, “Are you implying that I had something to do with Hilary’s disappearance?” Colin replies, “You betcha!” Where do you think Hilary is right now? Will Colin try to find her after suspecting that Neil has gone too far with his revenge plans?
