‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Hope Surprised by Video Chat News – Nicole and Carter Discuss Consequences of Maya’s Secret

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers tease that Nicole (Reign Edwards) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will discuss what could happen if Maya’s (Karla Mosley) secret is revealed. Carter feels Rick (Jacob Young) needs to know the truth, but he’s decided that it needs to come from Maya. The news that Maya used to be a man is shocking and personal. Besides, Rick won’t buy it unless he hears it directly from Maya anyway. However, Nicole probably doesn’t want the secret to come out at all. Nicole talks a good game, but she won’t really gain much from divulging the details of Maya’s sex change. Once the truth is exposed, Nicole’s ride on the gravy train will be over. Nicole would rather keep Maya’s secret and the upper hand indefinitely.

Carter and Nicole will likely talk about Rick’s potential reaction to Maya’s past. Rick may learn to love and accept Maya eventually, but he’ll undoubtedly be blown away at first. Rick has quite a temper and he won’t appreciate that Maya has been keeping a huge secret from him throughout their entire relationship. When Rick finally does get clued in about Maya’s history, he’ll probably be just as livid as Carter was when he got the bombshell. Maya should have been upfront from the beginning instead of waiting around for Rick to propose. Ring or no ring, Rick will have a lot to process when the time comes. Other “Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers indicate that Hope (Kim Matula) will be back on B&B for a brief video chat. Hope will be surprised to hear about everything that’s gone on since she left for Europe. There’s a good chance Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will give Hope updates on her struggle for sobriety. Some rumors say Kim Matula has expressed desire to return for an extended stay at some point. Could Hope return to come between Liam (Scott Clifton) and Ivy (Ashley Brewer)? We’ll have to wait and see, but in the meantime, Kim Matula’s fans will enjoy seeing Hope make at least one more appearance. Stick with the CBS soap to see Hope pop up via Skype.
